Only way to speak with someone (foreign) is when I choose "new customer" option then they took my new CC number, got my payment and hung up on me before I could speak with them about a concern. The prior ownership had good rates but this company is for lack of a better term crooked. I repeated asked someone to contact me about the rates and the employee on multiple times told me she called the district manager but they never contacted me. I will be making a complaint to the AG's office and the BBB.
