They were tasked with unloading our U-Haul, which had been very poorly packed back in Texas--not an easy job by any means. But they handled it with patience, care, and serious skill. Despite the disorganized mess inside the truck, they worked quickly and carefully to unload everything without a single scratch or issue. Their positive attitude turned what could've been a stressful experience into a smooth and even enjoyable one. If you're looking for movers who go above and beyond, Hoss Movers is the way to go. Recently moved into a new apartment. The landlord says this company cleaned our unit but the entire…read moreapartment smelled of cat pee. We used our own person carpet cleaner and in multiple rooms pulled up our yellow (cat pee) in spots that were the size of a couch. It took two days of carpet cleaning and using a cleaner specifically for cat pee to get rid of the smell. If they did actually clean that unit, they did a terrible job. Then, one morning one of their workers knocked once and then walked in while my boyfriend was still undressed. When we called to discuss the issue, the employees refused to talk to us "because there was nothing more to discuss". So, I don't recommend this business as they seem lazy and unprofessional.
