Rates continue to increase. Do not post new access hours on BACK door where tenants enter then you are locked out without warning. Call emergency number.........no one answers and never returns your call. Never can get a call back or able to talk with representative as a current customer. Only way to speak with someone (foreign) is when I choose "new customer" option then they took my new CC number, got my payment and hung up on me before I could speak with them about a concern. Do not rent from this place. Since they bought it they have engaged in continuously raising the rent every few months under the guise of improvements while making zero improvements and cutting staff and services. The prior ownership had good rates but this company is for lack of a better term crooked. I repeated asked someone to contact me about the rates and the employee on multiple times told me she called the district manager but they never contacted me. I will be making a complaint to the AG's office and the BBB. read more
