While there was nothing wrong with the boat or the captain, this is just a horrible company. To…read morebegin with, their prices are 2-3x equivalent boats in Mediterranean or St. Barths. Secondly, they have an absurd cancelation policy - there are no refunds regardless of weather and they're incredibly rude about it. If it rains and THEY cancel (which they won't decide til the day of), they still won't give you a refund and insist that you must rebook for a different date. I've never heard of such a thing anywhere. Not everyone lives in the Hamptons all summer. Thirdly, they have nothing on board - no towels, no sunscreen, nothing except water. Someone needs to start another boat company in the Hamptons to give this company some actual competition. It's just such an inferior boat rental product to anything we've experienced anything else.

This summer we had more than one family reunion with multiple adults and children of ages ranging from 3 years to 19 years old. Simply witnessing Eric's red kayaks out on the water is such a joyful experience but his and his staff member's skills make this an adventure not to be missed! They are very knowledgable and organized and afford their guests exposure to marine wildlife and the natural world that can't be missed! Eric has a truly unique personality and a gift for engaging people of all ages in the special beauty of the waterways to which we have access. Don't miss the opportunity for you and your children to share in this matchless adventure!
