Lots of parking for large vehicles, and more nearby

Nice clean hotel. Friendly and competent staff. Very easy access off US 65. Plenty of parking. Some minor maintenance issues, but nothing of consequence. There is a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room, but no microwave. I don't understand why no microwave - I guess they're going the way of the mini-bar. Still, a snack nuker would be nice. Breakfast is complementary. Nice.

Bug lava in the windows. This place was probably the worse hotel I've ever stayed at. Dirty couch and chair. Shower was disgusting.

Worse hotel ever. Bug eggs in the windows Everything was dirty. Couch, chair and shower was disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes. I would give zero stars if I could. I'm definitely contesting my charge to my credit card. The hotel manager and staff should be ashamed.

Mushrooms growing in the bathroom!!!!

Absolutely filthy! Do not stay here. We stayed here 1 night because every hotel in town was booked. We thought the Hampton brand would be solid, but boy were we wrong. No hotel should be this filthy. Needless to say, we did not enjoy our stay. We did get our stay comp, but that was only after the front desk attendant tried to tell us he wouldn't be able to address management about the issue, and he also told us the issue was not a big deal in his opinion and that he was too tired. We were tired too after a delayed flight, only to get to your hotel room and find mushrooms growing in the bathroom. Yep mushrooms! Mold exposure!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while I was in town for my nieces graduation. After the second night I asked for my bed to be made and for fresh towels. I was told they couldn't do it unless I had been there for 72 hours. I took a picture of the sign on the mirror and took it to the front desk and proceeded to have a completely brain damaging conversation with the lady at the front desk. I asked for a manager and there wasn't one on duty. I paid close to $200 a night and had to argue to get my bed made and fresh towels. I travel often and will NEVER stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Unfortunately I had a family member pass away last week and wanted a hotel close to the funeral home in White House, Tennessee. Surprisely, several options were available for a small town and just off of I-65. I've had good experiences in the past with Hamptons and they were very close to the funeral home so I booked 3 nights. The hotel sits back off of Highway 76 on Hester Drive and is hard to see from HW 76. Watch for the McDonald's on the corner of HW 76 and Hester. The hotel grounds have beautiful trees and lovely landscaping surrounding the hotel. Parking wasn't an issue even though they were almost sold out. The hotel clerk was friendly and greeted me with a warm welcome. I personally called to make reservations in hopes of getting a first floor room. I was told no problem but when I arrived I ended up on the second floor. Not life or death but more difficult for me. The room was a king, as requested, and the door had a clean, unbroken Covid-19 seal on it. The room had all the standard amenities except a microwave. Microwaves at this location are only in the suites. Who knew? I was quite disappointed but now know for my next trip. At least I had a cold mini fridge, functional TV, great water pressure, room darkening shades, an excellent air conditioner and a functioning blow dryer. The comfortable bed and pillows were clean and I didn't find any type of bugs. I check! Covid-19 guidelines are being enforced with masks required outside of your room, door seals, hand sanitizer at the front desk, lobby furniture has been removed and the hot breakfast buffet has been replaced with a brown bag breakfast (fruit, granola bar and yogurt to go). Cracker Barrel is within walking distance. Coffee pots are in each room if you need coffee or drive across the street to one of the fast food restaurants. The pool and workout situation requires a signed release, schedule your time (1 hour) through the front desk, receive your towel and off you go at your appointed time. I checked availability but they book quickly especially on the weekends. The hotel supplied everything I needed except a microwave. Of course having a relaxing, hot breakfast with coffee and no Covid-19 restrictions would have been convenient and a dream at this time. However, I think those days are probably gone. Regardless, I slept well, the room was clean, temperature was perfect for me and the staff was friendly. I'd stay here again.

Hot items: Potatoes, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patties

This was our final Hampton Inn for our trip to San Antonio and back. As a fan of Hampton Inns, they are usually my first choice unless their room rate for the night(s) I want are not competitive. For this stay, the price was right. At check in we received a friendly greeting, a quick check in, and a brief explanation of the internet login and breakfast times. When we got to our room we found what we expected, a clean, comfortable room with all of the usual Hampton Inn features like refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, flat screen TV, desk, and reasonably fast internet. For breakfast there were all of the familiar items. I started with the hot foods first, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patties, and Breakfast Potatoes, and followed that with a Waffle. My wife had her usual Oatmeal, Yogurt, and a bowl of Fruit. Being adventurous is great but sometimes you just want the familiar. This stay was definitely the familiar with friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a tasty breakfast...no surprises.

This is one of the worst Hilton hotels that I've stayed in. The bathtub is the hotel room was disgusting!!!! I was scared of showering in the tub due to possibly catching foot fungus. I had to put a towel on the bathtub floor to not step on the filthy mess in the tub.

New gym is a plus.

The hotel is dated and smells of mildew. Its in serious need of some updates. On a positive note, it was clean. Plus the staff is friendly.

Firstly, I'm was grateful to find an available room at a reasonable price. I actually rented two…read morerooms for my daughters and me. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Now for the bad...dirty and beat up. Gross stuff is spilled? over the wall. Carpet clearly not vacuumed. Refrigerator is broken. One of our rooms was not cleaned. Beds still not made/changed. However, front desk gave us a new room immediately and apologized repeatedly. Final verdict....unless no better option, go elsewhere.

It's dirty and uncared for and it shows. The front desk people aren't interested in customer service of any kind. If you need something don't expect to get any response. They don't care. Really. And it shows. This was really one of the worst stays my family and I have had when traveling. Upon arrival it became clear that there was remodeling or some sort of construction going on. In the past this has been noted when making the reservation. Not the case here. As soon as we entered the hotel it smelled musty and almost immediately it was evident that it was also dusty. We weren't looking for a four seasons experience but if we had had any other option that late at night we would have left immediately. We were on the third floor. The elevator didn't work. Apparently this was known by the front desk but not mentioned to us at check in. Again, we don't mind taking stairs but we would have appreciated knowing the elevator didn't work so that we could adjust how we were getting to the room. They didn't seem bothered either way. "Oh...yeah...we called someone about it..." The room smelled damp and musty. My husband has severe asthma and spent much of the next morning coughing and wheezing due to the musty damp environment of that room. We all sounded hoarse and wheezy the next day. The bathtub had rust that was built up not just a stain. Lamps were unplugged. The carpet hand not been vacuumed. Needless to say it was not a pleasant night stay. Not surprisingly the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. I'm not just complaining to complain. If the beds had been the lone exception to this hot mess I'd have said so. They weren't. We have stayed in hotels that were under going a remodel before. There are bound to be less an ideal moments. But the rooms we stayed in were ready for guests. The hotel staff knew which rooms were ready and which were not. This hotel is not up to bare minimum standards for guests who are just looking for a place to sleep for the night. This was all made worse by the fact that the hotel manager couldn't be bothered to call my husband back. It has been a week. Unacceptable. We have a choice as to where we stay. We aren't looking to be fancy. This was a place to lay our heads for the night on a very long road trip. But the lack of concern for guests by hotel staff and management is not appropriate on any level. We canceled the stay we had booked for the return trip and drove a different route home to stay at an IHG property that is always on point and comfortable. On another note, the staff in the breakfast area the next morning was very kind. My son wanted a banana. That's it. We didn't see any bananas out so he asked the staff member servicing the area if there were any bananas and she not only brought him one, she brought two packaged muffins to him saying they were her favorite. It was very kind and much appreciated. My husband ended up calling IHG directly. As has always been our experience with them, they are very responsive and addressed our concerns immediately. This is why we use IHG properties when we travel. They are all about good customer service. They are efficient and courteous. It is very appreciated.
