It also came with a coffee maker and had coffee and tea provided. The beds were extremely comfortable and came with 3 pillows. The service was excellent and the surrounding area felt safe. The only downside was that breakfast is not included and it's not your typical "buffet" breakfast. The hotel has a breakfast bar in which you pick what you want and pay extra for. We waited a little while for my dad's breakfast to be made and it was fine for what it was. Nothing to write home about, but certainly not gross or poor quality. Additionally, you are not given any extras. In the bathroom, you are given shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Overall, the hotel and service were quite nice! I would definitely recommend getting breakfast elsewhere, but would stay here again!

Could help to have more charging ports as only one was in the table next to the bed. Additionally, you can stream Netflix, Disney and other apps on the TV. They are set apps though you can stream, and I wasn't able to stream Amazon Prime, which I watch. The hotel has an indoor pool and Gym. No jacuzzi. They also serve breakfast from 6-9am. I found most of the food very salty and gross. They did have yogurt in the fridge though and coffee, so I was good with that. They also have a very small store with snacks, some refrigerator items and freezer items. You can charge these to your room. The area isn't convenient for walking as there are no close stores or restaurants. You really need a car or will have to order food at night. I ended up renting a car 2nd day cause it was just as expensive to order food. And.. I didn't get my room cleaned. I mean it isn't Covid era anymore. I would have liked my bed made. Just sayin.

At this hotel, after showering and getting ready for bed- turned bedside light on and pulled back bed covers to be greeted my several bugs crawling on the bed, behind it and up the walls. This was not 1 or 2- this was an entire hoard. Immediately went down to the front desk and he didn't care - obviously he changed rooms, but he didn't care just told me to be sure to bring back the key to the first room when I had moved all of my stuff up three floors. If it hadn't been so late, I would've just left the place and found another hotel. When I checked out very early the next morning, I told the front day staff about it - they said they were surprised, then said that they found a note had been written and left about it. She told me that the manager would be informed as soon as she came in and I would hear something - well it's been well over nine hours so I guess the manager doesn't care. It's convenient to I-40 and there is lots of food options nearby. It's a relatively new hotel, and everything in the public spaces and the room was very clean. This is a budget hotel, don't let anyone tell you it isn't. The mattress in the bed was horrible. I felt every single spring in the mattress, and the sheets were very uncomfortable (perhaps 100 count if I'm being generous). The pillows were not firm at all. Normally, you get a mix of firm and floppy, these were below floppy on the scale - possibly even "deflated". Hated them. The room was very modern, and everything functioned okay - except the toilet. It was one of those lovely 1.6L "eco-toilets" and it barely could cycle with nothing in it. That was frustrating. The shower was plenty warm, after about 5 minutes of pre-heating. It was a low-flow "eco" shower head, so the flow was underwhelming. One of my biggest complaints was that the soap and lotion is "bulk style" (which is normal these days), but the bottles are all squeeze bottles. It was pretty inconvenient to dispense the soap and shampoo when in use. They have smart TVs with netflix and plenty of options, the room was clean and the breakfast is the standard Hilton fare. As I said above, plenty of good eateries and a drug store nearby, it gets high marks for location. If you are particular with mattress and pillows, I'd stay somewhere else. Otherwise, this is a pretty good option for business travellers.

Breakfast is from 6-10 and includes waffles, eggs, sausage hash browns, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, assorted breads, muffins, juices and so much more. Apparently there's a seasonal pool and gym which I will check out over the summer. The staff is so friendly and very accommodating. There is fresh fruit to fuel you on your way in or out. Also, a small store for snacks and incidentals. The room has dishes, a small oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker w/ pods and anything else if you want to cook or warm up leftovers from all the awesome nearby restaurants. The king size bed was super comfy and they provided extra pillows on request. There's a pullout sofa and a privacy curtain in case anyone is sleeping there or watching TV. We didn't have a car but I believe they charge $35 per night.

Breakfast even more confusing based on the floor your room is on. Continental breakfast exact same both sides. If you want eggs to order 13.50 and your bacon, sausage added to plate right off buffet. Paying 400.00 plus a night for a hotel room is not an issue for me; however, I have learned that buying something just because I can afford it is not wise. Consequently, I can afford to buy and stay where I wish. As I pulled into the Opryland Hotel grounds, I asked myself, why am I staying here when I could pay 168.00 a mile down the road at Hilton Garden Inn? I never stoped and kept driving past the front lobby straight to the HGI. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. The room AC worked really well. I found the room clean and had all that I needed. It is unfair for me to comment on any hotel bed comfort as I am spoiled to my Tempur-Pedic Breeze mattress. However, I have no complaints. It's like any hotel matters no matter the nightly cost of the hotel, a get by. The breakfast seemed overpriced to me. In fact, I drove to McDonalds for a bacon, egg, and cheese and saved 6.00. Again, it's not a money issue but more of a value exchange. If you have never stayed at the Opryland hotel and have the money, I say do so or at least take the time to tour it.
