Front desk and management are hard to get a hold of. I called three times and spoke to various employees who were unable to get my issue resolved, and was promised a call back each time. No follow up, no call back. My issue was that the $300 deposit from my two rooms was never refunded despite me having booked but never actually staying at the hotel. Now I have a large credit card charge I am expected to pay with no effort on the company's part to get it reversed. read more

I'm a Hilton member and I don't think I've been to a more incompetent Hilton or Hilton owned hotel. I made a reservation for my husband via the Hilton app. I make sure the hotel knows that the reservation is for my husband by calling the front desk. I request a credit card authorization form to be emailed to me. I get the form filled out, make the copies they requested, and send it back to them. A half hour to an hour later, my husband arrives at the hotel, checks in, and is told that he must pay because there was never a credit card authorization form filled out. Confused, my husband pays and is then told to park in the grass or in the slashes for the handicapped spots due to there being no parking available. My husband refuses to park in the slashes for the handicapped spots since he knows all too well how much people with disabilities need them due to me having various physical disabilities. So my husband parks in the grass in the rental car and sends me pictures. I call the front desk to see what happened to the credit card authorization form that I had completed and sent in, to which I was advised that no one bothered to check the email to put the card number into the system. Then, I am told that the hotel will not be reversing the charges on my husband's card and charging mine until a supervisor approves it, which may be next week sometime when/if a supervisor sees the note that's written. Now this may not seem like a big deal to most, but my husband has flown to another state for a medical treatment retreat for PTSD from his time in service. I've tried to make this trip as stress free and streamlined as possible for him (which was also explained to the front desk when I requested the credit card authorization form). There were no flights for the first day of the treatment, and unfortunately, I chose this hotel. read more

Such a horrible experience. First of all the front desk person couldn't help us with checking in because of a slight problem. We were treated poorly and the guy at the front desk was not helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because never have i ever had an incident like this occur before and i couldn't even get a refund or cancel. read more

I had a less than mediocre stay. After I locked all the deadbolts and barricaded the windows and doors with the furniture I felt a little safer. Day 1: check in was supposed to be at 3 but they were having trouble getting rooms available. The first two people at the desk were very friendly and accommodating though very overwhelmed. After checking in I was going to my car to retrieve something and witnessed a brawl going on in the parking lot between about 15 people. I quickly went back to room as due to my color I would be a targeted individual. Later there were 2-3 cop cars and a guy bent over the hood of the cop car being arrested. There was also a two cars smashed in the street in front of the hotel with more cops as well. There were homeless people wandering in and out of the lobby eyeing guest as we were there. Upstairs it sounded like Cirque du Soleil booked the room for their practice. Some of the staff were extremely rude. Staying here was a huge mistake as I was unaware of the surrounding area and how bad it was. Avoid this hotel and area at all costs. There are more hotels just a few miles up the road that are nearly the same price yet more safe. One last piece of advice. If you do decide to make a bad decision and stay here, just make sure you park under a light, remove all valuables from your car, make sure you have wheel locks on the rims of your car, do not wear nice watches or handbags and most of all don't go outside the hotel after dark. read more

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I don't recommend anyone stay at any Hilton location. I am a silver elite member and I have been treated so poorly at this location. I extended my stay at the Hampton by calling the front desk and left the hotel shortly after. I got a call from the hotel while I was driving telling me that someone had messed up on their end and didn't record it and I needed to come back immediately. I was no where near the hotel at this point and explained that. The "manager" called me back and told me I was a liar and that i didn't speak with anyone about extending my stay that morning. I frantically tried to call Hilton and must have taken an hour of getting hung up on and re explaining my story to multiple incompetent employees before I gave up trying to make sure that my belongings and that my service animal would be safe until I could arrive back at the hotel. The Hilton hotline told me that they could not get anyone at the Hampton to answer and were extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never spend my money at Hilton after this. They provided me with no solution to the issue. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I stay with Hilton very frequently. I'll be staying marriott from now on. read more

This used to be a nice hotel and was my hotel of choice while working around the Bay Area. My resent visit on2/18/21 checked in at 5pm. The agent at the front desk was unprofessional and impersonal.... I booked my room a week before my stay online. Upon check in the room I booked was unavailable and she put me in a smaller room with a queen size bed. I'm a big guy and I booked a queen. In addition, the room was not well maintained. Doors falling of cabinet and strong marijuana order. Last stay here!! read more

Very amazing stay!! And very impressed! Good breakfast, service, and staff. Nice amenities. They even have an area with complimentary service for those who need computer access, which I utilized for school work and emails. We had an incident happen where we accidentally broke the T.V and we went to tell the front desk and got to talking to the manager Gene. Nice guy and understanding of the situation, and respected our honesty. Accidents happen and he understood. He's a great people person and my friends and I got to talking about college studies, family, and property with him! Moral of the story; we're coming back to this hotel for fright-mare, the T.V is fixed, and honesty is key!!! We look forward to our next stay! read more

I want to personally write this review and give a shout out to Haydee who assisted me in booking their conference room. She has been a lifesaver. She was super welcoming and accommodated all my needs. The whole process was swift, professional and timely. THANK YOU SO MUCH HAYDEE. read more

After reading different reviews, I was reluctant to stay here. I decided to give it a tey regardless because I"ve never had a bad experience before with Hampton Inn. When we arrived, I was debating between parking in the front or in the back. I decided to park in the back, as there was lighting there. As I was removing my suitcase, I saw a security gaurd patrolling the lot. That put my minf at ease. The lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays and was festive. Check in was a breeze. read more

I would give five stars for cleanliness and breakfast but they aren't doing breakfast anymore because of COVID and as far as the gal at the front desk about three nights ago she was very unpleasant and unprofessional. It was about 1030 close to 11 and I had book my reservation online but when I got there she left us standing outside in the cold fir almost five minutes before finally opening the door and she definitely knew we were out there . Apparently she was having a bad evening . We ended up getting another hotel somewhere else because she just had the worst attitude like we were bothering her ...ugh read more

Confortable easy access hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants not too far away, lots of "standard" choices. Surprise was a Food Truck Friday night! A good deal and after a long work day allowed me to just hang there. read more

Great member of the Hilton family. Excellent - clean and comfortable - rooms. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Debbie is obviously happy to do her job maintaining the free buffet breakfast. She is upbeat and cheerful and takes obvious pride in her work. Whoever said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day probably had a hostess like Debbie preparing and serving it. read more

clean place and good services and great work owners there and the break fast crue are cool and thanks for making the breakfast as well

They rude, had vehicle issues and payment issues. The staff at this Hampton was unhelpful ‼‼

Apparently this hotel was recently renovated and it looks good. It is very nicely decorated with a cute seating area in the parking lot. The workers at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary breakfast, which was pretty comprehensive, I think. They had a decent amount of choices and I also liked the tea/ coffee selection. Our room was nicely decorated and clean. Free wifi! The only negative in the room was the shower has very little water pressure. Another reason why I cannot give it 5 stars is that the first morning we went out into the parking lot there was a very foul smell in the air, maybe sewage, and it was awful. This hotel is also in a bit of a rough neighborhood, but they do have security(which is kind of unusual). It is close enough to napa to do a day trip, which is what we did to cut cost. Six flags is also down the road. I don't stay at Hamptons often, but I would def recommend this location! read more

Good family oriented hotel close to Napa Valley. Rooms are newly renovated and the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Breakfast area gets crowded but staff does a good job keeping up. Fitness center is good with 4 treadmills, free weights and one elliptical. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. read more

I booked the hotel on a Friday and I called the hotel late Saturday night stating that I just wanted to let them know that we were going to get there late to check in due to being at six flags until late. The guy who answered the phone his name was Adan asked me for my name I gave it to him and he said I can't find a reservation under that name. And I said well I have a confirmation number that I booked at your hotel and he asked me for my name again and I gave him my name again and then he said oh your already checked in. I asked how that could be possible because we hadn't even gone to the hotel yet and he said oh... umm one a moment and then comes back to be the phone and says oh don't work we will have a room for you when you get here. So we get there late like I had expected and a girl was there. I cannot remember her name I told her what happened and it didn't seem like she understood me so she checked me in anyways and gave me my room keys. I get to the room and there is a do not disturb sign hanging from the door. So I go back up to the service desk and told her what I saw. She called the room to see if anyone would answer the call and sure enough there was someone already in there. Could you imagine if i had ignored that sign and went in anyways!!??The guy that works there with the name Adan had checked in someone else in under my name! And then to top it all off the girl at the desk tells me that they only had a king size bed available when I had bought a room with 2 queens. How the hell am i supposed to fit my husband, myself, and three kids on a king? That's all they could accommodate me with. I am expecting a call from a manager to get a "discount" because of the confusion but I have a feeling something will go wrong again. This experience was the worst that I have had at a hotel. read more
