Hot tub!
Monica B.

We enjoyed our stay here! It's right across from Six Flags lol so it's the perfect place to stay for that. Unfortunately I went on a weekday and for some reason Six Flags was only open on weekends! I loved the free coffee in the lobby, definitely one of the better hotel coffees with options for light and dark roast, decaf, and hot water. There are tea bags and stir sticks, napkins, and creamers. Our room had a king bed and it felt spacious with a couch, desk, mini fridge, and microwave. The toiletries smelled nice lol the hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I enjoyed the hot tub! The jets were very strong and it was nice and hot and they have pool towels out there. They also have a nice fitness center, with four treadmills, weights, yoga balls, a bike, and an elliptical. The cherry on top is the hot breakfast with nice variety - scrambled eggs with cheese, potatoes, chicken sausage, and waffles. They also had some pastries like muffins, fruit, yogurt, and juices! Overall we had a really nice stay and had no issues. Great place for a great price and comfy stay.

Car blocking sidewalk/wheelchair access overnight, to hotel entrance for charging car.

The Good: Breakfast buffet in the mornings between 7-10am is included in your stay. Located just across the street from Discovery Kingdom. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, has a pool. We had a King ADA room which was great for me because I'm currently in a wheelchair due to a broken ankle. Room has a mini refrigerator, microwave, desk/vanity, sofa, ADA automatic door, roll-in shower with bench, Tv with Dish cable, loveseat sofa, AC and window with blackout. Next to Dutch Bros. The Not So Good: Room 220 is noisy. It's near the service doors. So you are constantly hearing those doors open and close and carts rolling in and out which are the room attendants, maintenance staff etc. it's really noisy. The pillows are pretty bad. They give you 4 standard pillows but they are so thin. 2 pillows alone is not the size on one mediocre pillow. We had to fold them each in half and pile them. Also a little noisy from the highway traffic. In the shower the hotels free shower gel, shampoo/conditioner is mounted way to far and high from the bench if you are a disabled person using the bench. I had to get hop and hop a coupler steps forward to get to it. I was scared that I might slip and fall which is dangerous. If you're in a wheelchair turning into the bathroom from the room interior hallway is kind of hard. My husband had to lift up the wheelchair to reposition me. There were not enough waste baskets in the room and or the bathroom. One by the toilet only and in crutches or a wheel chair not so convenient if you're at the sink. I think the shower in general can be improved for disability access and safety. The water does spill out into the bathroom floor because it is a roll-in shower. And the secondary center of the bathroom drain does catch it but it's still a dangerous risk to slip and fall coming out of the shower if you're disable and or on crutches. They should provide thick bath mats and or probably have the shower drain further out with a slight slant in flooring to the drain so water doesn't escape to the center of the bathroom. Needs more space next to the shower bench for your own toiletries and stuff. Also, management seems to have allowed a car to block the only ADA/handicap accessible sidewalk from the parking lot to the hotel entrance, for a vehicle to charge. It was left charging. Overnight between the hours of 8pm (when we returned back to hotel) to 8 am (When we checked out and left) the next morning, requiring us to use the road access (see pic). I'd definitely return here next time I'm in the neighborhood. These are just some improvements I suggest them making especially for ADA customers. Overall good experience for a good price.

Car window got smashed at Hampton Inn Hotel in Vallejo!

Need Security its unsafe! Parking is not safe one night staying there someone smashed our car window on the passenger side. It was parked near the Lobby. Very unsafe area. Staff are not so helpful either. What a bad experience!

Haze I.

This hotel was off the freeway and you can see Discovery Kingdom. It was not at all nosy. Slept well during our 2 day stay. The room is modern and clean. Only thing was when we turned on the AC weird smell came out. Plenty of parking and they give you a parking pass. The staff were very welcoming. We were able to check-in early at noon without any extra charge. They had a swimming pool. Comes with a free breakfast. Breakfast area where they serve plenty of variety breakfast food it was good. This hotel is not only close to Discovery Kingdom but is less than 10mins away from Kaiser Hospital. And if you like Filipino food also close to Jollibee, Chow King and Red Ribbon. It was an easy check-in and out.

The manager on duty Damon was super friendly and accommodating. Let me check in early with no problems. Is located right by the Six flags park. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for great customer service Damon!

Another problem with selling our house...plumbing! Of course it would happen the weekend we have a family friend over to help us have a garage sale. Every hotel, motel ...Holiday Inn ( Say What???) was booked solid... Thankfully the second to the last suite was available at the Hampton Inn. Pearl ...the gracious hostess at the front desk was very accommodating & could see my desire for this day to be over with...so she gave me a complimentary mini bottle of champagne and water. It certainly helped take the edge of my insanity. Even though this place is a little on the pricey side we were able to have all the nice amenities... like mini fridge, microwave, pool access and a excellent hot breakfast on Sunday. Shout out the two African American ladies in the kitchen (Debbie & Freida ) who were working hard for their money but making everyone's experience enjoyable. I will be staying here as often as I can...even If it is just a Stay-cation!

This is our local go to hotel when we just want to relax. I have to say this hotel is pretty awesome. The rates are good and customer service is A+++

Broken hot tub and not a peep from the staff upon check in! I worked all day and this was what I looked forward to!

The only downfall is the neighborhood, but otherwise, if you only plan to go to Six Flags, this is the place to stay.

Disappointed and did not see closure on the website or would have booked elsewhere. The man at Reception desk was very friendly, smiley and helpful, give props to him! The lady there, couldn't crack a smile to save her life, Heard horror stories after I booked non-refundable room, glad my room had no bed bugs, as I read elsewhere. She gave us a keys to a room that was not cleaned? And charged my boyfriend's credit card for room again, and I had already pre-paid for room. My boyfriend checked in earlier than I, he then left to get snacks, came back to room to house keeping cleaning it and we were then informed the room was not cleaned until now? Miscommunication between desk and housekeeping, luckily the male receptionist helped figure that out. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. He was very accommodating to let my boyfriend watch the big screen TV at the closed bar for Giants game. Entrance Doors are locked at night, make sure to have your key to key in Main lobby doors

Initially, I thought "I'm not going to drink; therefore, we can make the one hour drive back to our home in Elk Grove after the wedding reception. Thankfully, my wise and beautiful wife intervened and strongly suggested that we book a room at the Courtyard Vallejo Napa Valley (there was a discounted rate available for members of the wedding party). Since there was some construction taking place by the hotel, Google Maps misled us (the entrance of the hotel's parking lot is on the side of the hotel that faces the nearby Chevron). Entering the hotel, we were checked in by an employee who acknowledged me with a head nod. Generally I find this to be unprofessional, but I gathered that he was a little flustered by a difficult customer that he was assisting prior to us. After providing us with room keys, he gave me a parking pass to put on my dashboard (parking is $10). We entered a very clean room that had both a refrigerator and microwave (very beneficial considering that my wife and I brought our breakfast meal prep for the next morning), along with a nice view of the neighboring Six Flags amusement park. Speaking of the amusement park...the room was well-insulated; therefore, we could not hear the screaming of the patrons on the roller coaster that faced our room. I'm so glad that I took heed to my wife's advice, we experienced a comfortable and safe stay at the Courtyard Vallejo Napa Valley!

Stayed here as a family of 4 - 2 adults & 2 teens - for a quick Spring Break trip to Six Flags…read more The property is stunning, and the location is fine, but as for 5 star Hilton/Doubletree standards I'm not convinced. Welcome cookies secured, we made our way to our room, a lovely 2Q with patio, past the resident ducks. The hallways *reeked* of marijuana, and then a door opened and an ankle biter dog came running at my kid & I. WHAT?!?! Didn't know it was party or pet friendly, and especially at this price point. Good: The room was fine, spacious & seemed clean. Bathroom was massive, I think we ended up with an accessible room. Beds were not the comfiest (especially after a day of rollercoasters!) and I noticed 1 of the locks on the patio french doors was missing, and the patio furniture outside was COVERED in spiderwebs. Wiped them off to use the table & chairs. The patio was nice to have, tho. Bad: The pool was FREEZING, not heated at all & the hot tub was easily 105-107°, dangerously scalding. You could barely dip feet in for a few minutes it was that hot. Bathroom was out of soaps in the dispensers, OK, we brought some. The wall temp unit RAN NOISILY ALL NIGHT, like constantly on, no matter what we set it to. Renovations are in place so there was tape outside on the patio. I agree with other posters that it needs a freshening up. There was no complimentary coffee or even cold brekkies/pasties in the lobby in the a.m, and the onsite restaurant wanted $6+/cup for coffee & the food was very expensive. At this room rate, I was surprised. For the price & conditions, I think a 1 night stay was OK for us, but our regular Marriott near Six Flags seems to offer better value & amenities.

This place feels like a quiet pact with the land. Rustic in the best way, where fog drapes itself…read moreover bare trees and stones like it belongs there. If you love camping energy without the chaos, nature without pretense, and that coastal hush where the air smells like earth and salt, this property understands you. The grounds are beautifully unpolished: mossy rocks, winding paths, skeletal trees silhouetted in mist. It's the kind of environment that invites slow mornings, layered sweaters, and long pauses where nothing needs to happen. Perfect for people who romanticize fog, coastal weather, and the liminal feeling between forest and beach. And then there's the restaurant, warm, grounding, and quietly excellent. The meal felt hearty and comforting without trying too hard: perfectly cooked eggs, crispy potatoes, good bread, and thoughtful accompaniments. Exactly what you want after a morning wrapped in cold air and contemplation. It felt cared-for, not flashy. Overall, this is a lovely choice if you're the type who enjoys nature as an experience, not a backdrop. Come here to reset, to wander, to eat well, and to let the fog soften your edges a little.

Once I checked in and went to my room, everything felt fine. The rooms were clean and spacious. It's a little loud outside during the nights from the other guests. The location is great. It's right off the freeway and is 5-8 minutes away from the Six Flags theme park. There are retail shops near by and lots of chain restaurants too. The free breakfast was a nice-to-have although the offerings were pretty limited and they kept running out of things and guests would have to wait 15+ minutes for them to be refilled. Other than that, my stay was great.

Do not stay here…read more We arrived and the check in process was substantial. Our commute to the room was long (third floor and in another hallway, not necessarily bad just thought I would add that in) and cold. Getting into the room, we found that it was dirty: bedsheets had marks on it, bathroom counter was littered with product residue, a missing lampshade, mystery brown stains on the bathroom doorframe AND a fire alarm that did not have the battery in it and was malfunctioning, amongst other things. Naturally we went back downstairs to ask for assistance, the front desk attendant switched our rooms for us. And then began our commute back upstairs. Once we arrived in the new room, to our surprise, it was actually worse than our previous room. The bed was completely unmade from a previous client, there were white mystery stains on the armchair, a used soap sat on the sink and towels littered the bathroom. One thing that I have not mentioned was the access to the main attendant floor. Although our keycards worked and was very sporadic. It wouldn't work for the entrance from the hotel rooms into the main attendance room and sometimes wouldn't work for the elevator. Our front desk attendant was quiet and refrained. Nothing really bad to say about him. Pretty agreeable guy. He WAS M.I.A for about 5 minutes each time we had returned back downstairs. I would rate it one stars for the refund process ease, I suppose. Below are attached photos of said room conditions.
