It was passable- one type of milk (2%- no skim, no whole), a few containers empty or nearly so (cereal, fruit). I'm really not going to complain about not getting my cantaloupe for one morning if the tradeoff is that whoever usually fills the cantaloupe bin is spending a national holiday with family. There is no tv in the breakfast area, so you can't watch the morning news, as I like to do. One hint: the grassy areas are not super clean. It's not clear where to take your dog when she needs a potty area, and people are clearly just using any grassy area- and not bothering to clean up after their pets. Unfortunately, I only discovered this AFTER my dog had walked through a pile of some other dog's poo, so I got to clean that off her paws. (And after I'd carefully cleaned up her own poo.) Merry Christmas I guess? It seems pretty obvious that you shouldn't leave your dog's poo in a public place, but maybe there need to be signs to this effect. Just be careful where you walk your dog (and yourself) and you'll be fine.

Instead, we were met with hostility and absolutely no empathy from the woman at the front desk. The hotel was overbooked, yet she made that our problem. She repeatedly told us it wasn't her responsibility and that if we wanted to stay, we would have to pay out of pocket despite having a valid airline voucher. At no point did she show any concern for the situation we had been put in or make any effort to help. Travel delays are stressful enough without being treated with disrespect. Front desk staff are often the first and only people guests interact with, and basic kindness and professionalism should be expected. Being tired travelers stranded far from the airport did not earn us even the smallest amount of compassion. What disappointed me most wasn't the overbooking--it was the complete lack of humanity. We didn't deserve to be spoken to with attitude for a situation we had no control over. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've had

It is mainly industrial and you have to drive some time before you reach shopping centers. Our room was perfect enough for me to work in during the day and for everyone to sleep at night. Regarding the room, the only minor inconveniences were the room felt humid at times, I could hear the guy next door belching most of the time, the shower head was not working properly, and the foot shelf in the shower was coming off the wall. Breakfast time was my favorite on so many levels. The employee that was there every morning managing the breakfast was the best. I wish I asked for her name but I made sure to tip her because I was so grateful for her. She greeted me every morning and reloaded fresh items when I was there. It was so awesome because there was a lot of space to move around and some times I would be the only person there. All the items were fresh and I never left hungry. We discovered the first night they had a market but no wine or beer for sale. There were not many food options either-just snacks. I decided to order Uber Eats and we had a bottle wine so that worked for the first night. The staff here were friendly and the hotel was clean everywhere we went. I am not sure when we would be in this area again but if we are, this will be the place we stay at.

I do not care about the credit cards or cash really. Those can be fixed with a couple of taps on an app. I panicked because not only is replacing your drivers license a pain in the butt but I had no card to use to check in! If someone from Marriott corporate reads this review, please find out who the person who checked me in was, because she is the reason I am leaving this review . Yes, your place was nice. However, the front desk woman who checked me in went not only the extra yard , she went 99 and 1/2 yards to score the game winning touchdown. I believe her name was Marie but I am not 100% sure. She was able to get approval to input the credit card info I had on my phone to pay for the room. She also knew I was drained from the travel I had done that day and granted me access to the VIP area that provides complimentary snacks and drinks. She took me on a tour of that area and also the workout and pool area. The room I stayed in was perfect also. The only thing during my stay that pleased me almost as much as the exemplary service was the quality of the pillows!!! Once again, if someone from Corporate Marriott reads this review, please reach out to me through Yelp or the number I left during check in to let me know the exact brand and type of pillow that you use at this hotel. First, the decor beautiful and everything is up to date and well-maintained. The whole hotel is non-smoking. It's a very clean, very well kept up, and well-run hotel. The free Wi-Fi always worked. The locks could be connected to my iPhone via Bluetooth so I only had to press a button on an app on my phone to get into the building and unlock the door to my room. We had two big flat screen TVs with all the channels. There was a nice welcome message stating my Hilton membership status on the TV every time I checked in. A Target is across the parking lot and I loved that. It was so convenient. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. Derrick and his team did an amazing job, providing a delicious variety of fresh hot and cold food every day. The breakfast room has lots of plants and a high ceiling and enormous windows, and it just felt refreshing and invigorating to step in there every day. It had a good vibe. Due to my home being destroyed by water damage, my husband and were guests here for a full four months. I had reserved a Concierge Level King room at the Crowne Plaza Princeton Conference Center. When I arrived, housekeeping was still putting the finishing touches on it. The front desk radioed upstairs for an update and received only silence in return. There followed a few minutes of small talk, awkward smiles, and the peculiar sort of waiting that seems to stretch time itself. Then Jennifer looked at me and said, "You've stayed with us before, haven't you?" I nodded. "You're Platinum Elite?" Another nod. She thought for a moment and said, "Let's put him in the Presidential Suite." There are moments in life when the universe decides to be unexpectedly generous, and this was one of them. Many years ago I lived in Plainsboro. My first apartment there was a modest one bedroom third floor walk up. This suite was larger, significantly so. There was a huge living room, a dining table that could comfortably seat six, a kitchen area with a bar, and a spacious bedroom with a king bed. Then there was the bathroom, which felt less like a bathroom and more like a monument to indoor plumbing. The shower featured multiple shower panels and a waterfall shower head to go along with the handheld one. It also thoughtfully included bench seating inside, because surely I wasn't the only one who had considered spending enough time in it that a rest was warranted. The tub was so large and deep that a person could probably spend an entire afternoon contemplating their place in the universe in it. The room was, in a word, amazing. The property itself sits on a huge wooded area with streams and a private lake, with walking trails winding through the grounds. During an early evening stroll I crossed paths with a deer, who seemed entirely unbothered by my presence. The hotel also offers a huge indoor lap pool, an enormous fitness center, squash courts, tennis courts, and an indoor basketball court. It feels less like a hotel recreation center and more like a small summer camp hidden away in the wings. What surprised me most was how complete the experience felt. The hotel is directly connected to a substantial conference center featuring dozens of meeting rooms and a large amphitheater. I spent the following day working a conference there, and the facility was exceellent. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for people who need to gather, learn, and occasionally drink too much coffee. I arrived expecting a nice business hotel room. I left after spending a night in a suite bigger than my first apartment, walking beside a lake, and wondering if Jennifer at the front desk had any idea how much joy she had created with one simple decision. As a kind gesture, the front desk associate even offered us a drink credit at the bar because she knew the hotel might be busier than usual with kids.
