It's a little old, but room were clean. I travel every week and my business took me further south. I tell the guy that I'll be checking out early as courtesy so they could use room as hotel was full. He informs me a $50 early check out fee and it is what it is. Tells me to talk to manager. Go down this morning and manager out. Nice girl tells me same. I show my email confirmation and on Hilton app says nothing. She says it's on web site it says it. I explained I book on app as I do every week, no one that travels go to specific hotels web site. Asked for manager to call me back. No call from them and charged my card anyway. Great customer service read more

This has to be the worse Hilton property I have ever stayed at. And I have visited a TON of Hilton properties. First, we wanted to check in 90 minutes early, and they wanted to charge an extra $50 to do this. Diamond level doesn't help here. So we waited in the hot car and came back in later to check in. Then she says "your room is not ready". What the hell? Okay, give me another room? The place was empty but there were no room upgrades available. In fact, the room she moved us to has a wet, musty carpet and the AC was taken apart. In the morning, all the hot food breakfast items were empty. And that horrible lady was back at the front desk again: I filed a complaint with Hilton and asked for a call back. They never called. I shared the update with Hilton and was told they could make the property manager call me. Man, I get better room and team service at the Motel 6. Never again will I stay here when visiting friends again. read more

I made a one-night quick trip to look at real estate in the area but had to cancel due to someone in our party having Covid and wanted to be safe. I could not believe the incompetence of the staff at the Hampton Inn. The manager Lincoln Patel is so cheap and scummy, he would rather risk the lives of his guests and have someone with COVID stay at his hotel than provide a refund. Not only that, but their phone lines were down for at least 3 days before I could even get in touch with the front desk. Even a rep from Expedia AND the corporate office of Hampton Inn couldn't get in touch with the hotel during that entire time. That speaks volumes to how incompetent their operations are. With so many businesses in the tourism and hospitality industry offering flexible arrangements due to the uncertainty of Covid, I would say stay away from this shady hotel and find a more reputable lodging option - there are plenty other better options in the area to choose from. read more

I stay in hotels 150 nights each year with many being Hiltons and Hampton Inns. I was online booking travel late one night (2:30 am) and during my search, I was on Hilton's website looking at this hotel. During the booking process, the stay got switched from the following month to that day. As soon as I booked and confirmed, I saw the date and called the hotel to cancel. I called twice letting the phone ring for six minutes and for seven minutes.  Nobody answered and I was eventually disconnected.  I called a few hours later, spoke to the front desk and told her I would not be there that night and why. She told me to call the following day to speak to the manager.  I called a fourth time the next day and asked to speak to the manager.  I was on hold for six minutes then sent to a voicemail where I left a message with my name, phone number and the issue.  I never heard back from the manager. I was charged for my "stay" that night. I work 100 hours per week, and did not contact Hilton until seven weeks later, sending them my phone records. Hilton Customer Service started a 'Guest assistance case", and just notified me that Hilton was issuing a check. I hope they can chargeback this place. read more

Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay here. Front desk staff were nice. Good selection of breakfast items for the free breakfast and a good amount of snacks in the "convenience" area. The walls are a little thin, so you'll hear other doors opening and closing or the elevator if your near it, but the location of the hotel is great. read more

Really nice rooms, pool is good size, very clean and helpful staff, breakfast wasn't too bad (hey, it's free!). My favorite part was Patrick at the front desk. Probably best service I ever received in my travel experience. I've been around the globe both personally and professionally, and it doesn't get better than Patrick. Guy brought up extra bedding to our room, that he didn't have to; he was always kind, friendly and helpful; and even BAKED US A PLATE OF COOKIES! Get out of here! Amazing service! Stayed here for business that I had in Jupiter (right down the street). One of my best Hampton experiences ever. Karolina, the front desk person who worked the afternoon evening shift, was very nice and helpful, and makes awesome chocolate chip cookies! I liked having a little balcony and I'll definitely request a room on the South Side again like this time...maybe even try to get same room. Juno Beach access is right down the street, and being here this time of year makes it nice and inexpensive. Plenty of places to eat nearby but not alot of "stuff" around in immediate area, so you don't feel overwhelmed by huge amount of buildings and stuff everywhere. Pool is nice enough. 5 ft deep. Had to skim it myself once or twice. Breakfast as always is pretty good. Speaking of chocolate chip cookies, I think I'll go see if there are any right now.... read more

So the majority of the reviews for this hotel are a couple years old. I think things have changed since then. I came here with my family for a one night stay to explore the beaches of Jupiter. I love Hampton Inns and this was no exception, the hotel staff is super friendly, clean entryway, rooms are kept up and my favorite part the bed was super comfortable. As a Hilton Honors member I get additional perks and while this hotel didn't have any I still got a great nightly rate with great service. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Juno Beach. read more

As soon as I walked in I knew I would have an amazing experience. I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist, who went out of her way to call restaurants and print out menus so that we could decide where to have dinner our first night in Juno. The rooms were spotless, the sheets were as bright as can be, and the entire room smelled like fresh laundry. The bathrooms were a dream. My room was cleaned the two days I was checked in, they left me a cute little note letting me know they passed by. My towels were replaced and the trash bins were emptied. I will definitely come back and stay at this place. Whenever I needed anything I walked and asked at the front desk and they did everything they could to meet my needs. The breakfast was (complimentary) great, eggs, breakfast sausage, fruits, juices, make your own waffles, and cereals. Coffee was available at the front desk 24/7. The pool was clean and great to relax. Juno is beautiful I wish I would have stayed 3 weeks and enjoy the view. The beach is three blocks away from this location, I don't mind walking. Tons of places to eat and things to do. Paddle board, stroll on the pier, shopping, go fishing go boating etc... The only things keeping this place from being 5 stars 1. Small gym ( I love working out and they at least need a yoga mat and a few more Dumbbells) 2. Absolutely the most horrid reservation experience. I got a phone call, from someone to tell me that they made it to charge my card to days in advance before my stay. Now because I am a very cautious person; I use my smart phone app to keep my cards frozen, until right before I expect to use it. I admit, it may be a little time-consuming, but once you've had your card compromised one time, you adapt! After they transferred me, which I never asked to be transferred; I had a regional/district manager try to explain to me that it is their policy. I have been a Hilton Honors member for quite a while, and I've never had any experience with any hotel stay within their group in this way! After informing her that I would be at my destination at 5:52 PM, so I could pull over from my long drive and unfreeze my card; she informed me that if I didn't do it before 3 PM she was going to cancel my reservation AND that she had NO PROBLEM doing that. Again, referencing her policy. So I guess I will do that to keep my reservation. So there is but PGA tour event that is in town that weekend and all the hotels are selling out. I feel as if she wanted to automatically cancel my reservation, so she could turn right around and book the room at twice the rate; because on the website those rooms are in the upper $300 range, on up! Because there are no other hotels that will accommodate my stay, for what I need; I am going to have to alter my course and unfreeze my card, right after I eat and complete this review. My biggest complaint is the argumentative tone that was taken; from an upper-level management position. Also, according to their fine print the card need only be valid at the time of check in - which I always do as a pull in from the parking lot then walk right up to the counter, show them my ID, pick up my keys and go right to my room! So now I have to, stay in a hotel that I was looking forward to enjoying; knowing all the while that the entire staff is probably going to treat me like crap while I'm there. Unfortunately it is either staying there or at a rest area; so staying here barely beats out the rest area option, after how I was made to feel as a Government Contractor/Army Veteran. I have come to expect better of them than this; very sad I didn't receive it, because of this individual and wanting to dump my reservation and sell my room for more money... I can only speculate that, at this point. I will definitely be bringing my blacklight to inspect the bedding area, etc. read more

Overall a very decent stay with very good house cleaning, free coffee 24/7, free warm cookies mon-fri, and free breakfast everyday from 6am-10pm. Different selection of breakfast everyday! A few problems thought there aren't any safes in the room so any important documents had to be left at the front desk safes. Either the training of the front desk safes were a bit lacking or no one uses this feature to store their passports. Another problem was the front desk manager wouldn't accept the Yelp 15% discount mid stay even after I paid for the previous days already. She stated you literally have to show this discount on arrival. Another problem was their HHonors program they were offering that was free to join to gain points for special discounts and offsets. HOWEVER, the account takes two days to activate (48 hrs), and you have to have the account ready when checking in (wha?). Also they only told us this offer at the end before checking out. What is the point? Should tell us at the start not before. There's also little caveats on the HHonors program like having to book through the Hilton website. read more

This hotel is disgusting. I read the previous review about the bugs three months ago and thought surely the issue had been corrected. When we checked in i noticed ants on the front desk by the food but decided to overlook it. On night 2 i woke up to ants crawling on my arm. I noticed ants around the alarm clock. I picked up the alarm clock and slammed it on the night stand and out ran tons of ants. I immediately grabbed my things and checked out. This hotel is beyond dated, dirty, and tiny. It's also infested with ants and who knows what else. Management is aware of the issue because there are ants running around the front desk. Knowingly booked rooms that were bug infested, I travel a lot, (only ranked silver with Hilton though) and I have never been so disgusted in my life. The room looked clean, but when I laid down at night, I started seeing them moving on the night stand, I jumped up and checked the bed... you guessed it. All over. I legit ran out the room grabbed my stuff and let the front desk know. The didn't care and booked someone in the room right next to me. excellent location, walking distance to the beach. planned to stay there for four nights because of a local wedding that had a block of rooms reserved. prepaid for the nights but ended up not staying for the fourth night, so we couldn't get our money back for that night, fair enough. however, i went to give the keys back to the front desk a day early and the front desk worker informed me i would be charged a fifty dollar early departure fee as well!!! i could not believe it. i said i changed my mind and we were staying that night, put the room keys in the room and left. my family experienced flight cancellations and had to cancel their stay and the hotel was not willing to work with them on refunds, poor customer service. extremely underwhelming breakfast, floppy thin bacon and not much else. this hotel doesn't have much going for it besides location, won't stay here again. read more

Our trip to the West Palm Beach area and this Hampton Inn have been great! We had a very spacious room/suite, and have really enjoyed the hospitality from the staff here. We've been here four nights, and everyone we've encountered during our stay has been professional, responsive and friendly. Patrick at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming! A decent Hampton in a good area with multiple local dining options. This hotel is also just down the street from Juno Beach which made for a nice diversion after my business day was done. The room and service wasn't any more extraordinary than at any other Hampton. I didn't have one of the balcony rooms that other reviewers noted which in itself is a bit disappointing as I'm a Hilton Diamond member and frequently get complimentary room upgrades at other locations. I guess not this time....no biggy, as the price was pretty darn good as compared to other nearby Hamptons. I'd stay here again. read more

Due to customer service this is one of the worst hotel visits I have had and I stay in a hotel in average four times a week. After the hotel charged my card more than it was suppose to be it tagged along another 50 dollars in fees that took me over a week and a half to get back. I've stayed here a few times while traveling to Juno Beach for business. The front desk staff is always extremely pleasant, one young woman even gave me tips recently for how to increase my loyalty points but the hotel is just ok. A stay on the South side once was just fine but a next stay on the Northern side was in a damp room with seemingly wet carpet on your bare feet (yuck). Continental breakfast is included in the stay - bagels, muffins, some fruit and yogurt plus some hot dishes - i was actually pretty impressed with it. Not gourmet but decent amount of options. For a quick, cheap stay you could do worse. read more

My stay was really a mixed bag. The room it self was nice- we stayed in a two bed suite with pull out sofa and it was great for 4 girls. Decent bathroom and a nice wet bar, unfortunately no balcony, which I had been expecting and a good bit of mold in the bathroom.The worst part about it was that the wet bar was crawling with ants. We complained to the front desk and absolutely nothing was done about it. We had sodas and snacks on the counter that we had to throw away because of the ants. We decided to pass on housekeeping during most of our stay because we had a lot of stuff and felt rushed to check out on our last day because of that. They came in 3 times on the day we were suppose to check out and actually called the front desk to confirm that we finally left while we were checking out. The staff was not overly helpful or friendly, with the exception of Jimmy who checked us in. Besides being ignored when we complained about the ants, our room keys deactivated every time we left the hotel. We would get to our room and realize they didn't work AGAIN and had to go back up front. They kept telling us it was because they were too close to our cell phones but that is ridiculous- both items where in my purse. I wouldn't have kept them anywhere else. The women at the front desk made it out like it was our fault and didn't apologize for the inconvenience and needed my ID every time. The pool area was decent althought the pool was 90, which isnt my idea of refreshing. We didnt use the hot tub due to the heat either. Breakfast was pretty good and lasted until 10 which is perfect while on vacation. Overall, customer service was lacking and I would have appreciated if they addressed the few issues we did have. read more

Friendly, helpful staff, modern enough decor, clean facilities and only a couple of blocks to the beach. The internet signal was great in the lobby and barely obtainable upon entering my room; if I waited by my door or on the toilet, there was a somewhat useable signal, but anywhere else was only strong enough to claim to be present (trying to actually connect was a cruel joke). AC unit was very LOUD. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast options were suitable. I would stay here again, but it would not be my first choice and I would certainly request a different room. read more

The hotel is only a few blocks away from the beach and a mile or two from I-95, very easy to find. Rooms are very clean and include a variety of nice amenities such as directv with HBO, lots of outlets for your needs, restrooms are nice and spacious, and beds are soft and done everyday. For the hotel, staff are extremely friendly and every morning they have an excellent selection of continental breakfast! There is also a pool and a jacuzzi, nothing fancy but nice to have. Overall my experience was fantastic for the price you pay, it fulfilled my needs and then some, that's what you find when booking outside major city limits, people not machines working these things! :D read more

AAA rates the HAMPTON INN, JUPITER-JUNO BEACH, FLORIDA as a 3 diamond hotel but in the opinion of these AAA & Hilton Honor Members' opinion it should be downgraded to a 1 diamond motel in bad need of a total renovation. Here's why: crumbs in bed, stains on mattress cover, rust and corrosion on metal doors, scratches on well-worn wooden doors, broken phone, broken desk chair, broken shower handle, broken toilet, broken TV, broken Wi-Fi, broken elevator, no towel racks and a breakfast worth skipping. We changed rooms but that didn't help. We tried to change hotels but the cost would have been too prohibitive for us as rates are very high Christmas week especially when you need to book that night. So we stayed and saw things get worse each day of our stay. We spoke to the district manager who spoke to the owner and said the owner knew of our situation and would get back to us. The owner didn't get back to us. Here is a step-by-step list of the problems two senior citizens had to contend with during Christmas week: We arrived at this inn on Tuesday, 12/26/2017. When we entered Room 250, there was a terrible, unhealthy smell. We opened the balcony door for air and discovered that the door frame and door was covered with rust and corrosion which made the balcony unusable. We took a shower and noticed that there were no towel racks in the bathroom, only a hook on the badly scratched and worn bathroom door. Then when we got into bed we noticed white flakes on the sheets. We called housekeeping but there was no one available this late at night so we had to get dressed and go down to the lobby to fetch the sheets and pillowcases and had to strip and remake the bed ourselves. When we stripped the bed we noticed that the mattress cover had light brown stains and an unidentified white substance on it so we stripped that also, but since we didn't have a replacement mattress cover we used two fitted sheets instead. The freezer in the refrigerator was frosted with ice. There was a loud whistling sound whenever you flushed the toilet, even in the middle of the night when we were sleeping. Margaret said she wasn't feeling well, and there was that smell which was verified by a staff member. So the next day we moved to another Room, falsely assuming it would be better. Wednesday 12/27/2017: We had to repack and move to Room 247. However, we encountered the same rust problem on the balcony door. And we saw a 2 foot-wide stain of grey paint on the balcony floor. We tried to move to a room where the rust problem did not exist but there was nothing "available." In the room there was a stain on the sofa. We noticed that the food we placed in the refrigerator in the morning was frozen later in the day. When I tried to use the shower, the shower head had been positioned so high that when I turned on the water, it sprayed all over the floor. So I repositioned the shower head. After taking a shower I couldn't turn off the water as the control handle wouldn't budge. We called the front desk and someone came up to turn off the shower (I think it was Manuela.) We noticed the desk chair was broken and there were no towel racks in the bathroom.. Thursday, 12/28/2017: When we turned on the TV we had a picture but no sound. So we called and Manuela came up and rebooted the TV so she could program the sound to return. The Wi-fi , which had been a problem for us since we arrived, was especially difficult to maintain as it kept coming and going as I tried to get online frequently. It was very important that we be able to send and receive listings and photos of properties from our real estate agent so she could make appointments for us to view properties. So that was a big problem for us. Friday, 12/29/2017. As usual the Wi-fi was difficult to maintain, disappearing frequently which required me to constantly attempt to connect with the internet. But good news: the broken desk chair was finally repaired by a friendly all-around Mr. Fixit named Tony. Saturday, 12/30/2017: Not too much went wrong today. Just the Wi-Fi which comes and goes and it wastes valuable time trying to get online and contact our real estate agent which is essential for this trip. This hotel has the worst WiFi in all hotels I've used. Very user-UNfriendly! Sunday, 12/31/2017: I wanted to sleep in but I heard the sound of water running and thought Margaret was taking a shower, But Margaret had gone to church so she wasn't in the room. The sound of water running was the toilet running loudly after it had been flushed. Seems you just can't flush, you have to wait and watch that the running water shuts off so you would not be waking people with the constant running toilet. When we turned on the TV we noticed that the color had changed from normal to bright cartoon colors of pastels and neons. Luckily, Tony came and installed another TV. read more

We needed a place to stay for the weekend in the West Palm Beach area and we like Hampton Inns. We choose this HI because they were close to a good variety of restaurants and it provided easy access to the beach and Hwy 95. The staff was great and helped us relocate to a room with a balcony when we discovered this was an option. The layout is excellent. The three sides of the hotel wrap around the pool in the back and give it a nice cozy feeling. As I mentioned, there are 8 balcony rooms with half overlooking the pool. We liked that the complementary breakfast is served from 6a - 10a. This gave me a chance to have a good breakfast before an early day of diving and it give my wife the opportunity to sleep in. The food was tasty and the hostest was both friendly and did a great job of keeping the coffee and eggs hot and fresh. Over all a great place to stay and we plan on staying here on our next trip to the area. read more

The only good thing about this hotel is the morning breakfast. The woman running it was super sweet and a delight to be around, even when you're not a morning person. The manager, on the other hand, is a moron and doesn't know what it means to have a best interest of the guest at heart. There was a translation issue in our stay, yet nothing was done to resolve it.. He had a "too bad" attitude when to came to making the issue right.. Instead of making sure our business was kept, he let us to wait for the refund of a charge that was promised to never be made. No discount, no intention to set a lasting impression other than we will never come back to a hotel like this in the future. Inability to fix a simple issue caused this hotel to lose our business and plenty others' as well. read more
