I've always been a fan of the Hilton network, but was quite disappointed with the service and lack of empathy in testing the fire alarms six times in one day. It was extremely difficult to work under these settings and the reception told us to go back to our rooms, that there's no fire. I think I would rather tell the guests to evacuate, so they don't have to deal with the loud noise because it really does hurt their ear drums with the constant fire alarm noise. I'm just thankful I don't have to pickup any virtual zoom conference calls, otherwise, this is definitely not the hotel I'd want to work from. Hampton Inn, please do better.
