I'll start by saying I'm a 200+ night a year diamond member. I've exclusively been staying at Hilton hotels for 4 years straight. this hotel in Enid is clean and welcoming. No ill intentions toward the front desk staff or the condition of the hotel. This being said is the only reason why its a 2 star and not a 1 star. We use concur to book all of our stays, a lot of these stays are booked at the last minute due to the needs of our customers. In this case i booked the day of the stay. unfortunately it failed 2 times to book my stay using concur, so bypassing concur i booked with the Hilton app itself. Upon arrival i had 3 reservations waiting for me, even though concur stated it wasn't able to book the rooms. The front desk staff was very kind and informed me of this issue and that it would be resolved by the manager the next morning when she arrived. fast forward a month (work really makes the time pass) I'm doing my expense reports for this particular job, and i notice that i have 2 no show charges, as well as the normal stay. I called the front desk and was informed that it would be taken care of and I would receive an email in the next few hours when it was reimbursed. A few days later, no email. I reached back out and expressed my concern for this being taken care of due to my expenses being over 30 days unsubmitted. This is the beginning of the absolute nightmare of trying to get ahold of the GM of the facility being she is the only one that can take care of this matter according to the Front desk staff. As of today, I've called 10+ times this week and left 3 voicemails, and with absolutely no resolution. I've only spoke with the GM one time, and she was super rude, and acted like she absolutely did want to talk to me. also, she wouldn't let me explain the urgency of the situation, and acted like she had never heard of this issue. The front desk staff has left her note after note after note. So for her to say to me that she hasn't heard of my situation is either 3 different front desk staff are lying to me about informing her she is lying to me about her staff informing her she hasn't ever looked at her notes in the past 10 days I had my Finance accountants reach out and even they couldn't get ahold of her. My company card has been shut off while i wait on this issue to be resolved, meaning i have to come out of my pocket to travel for work. when considering that Flights, rentals, hotels, supplies for the job, and food is covered by my company card, this puts a huge burden on myself to be able to cover this while i wait for this to be resolved. I'm highly disappointed, I'm a very patient person by nature, but this has pushed me past my breaking point of frustration. i literally downloaded yelp and created this profile just to leave this review in hopes of this possibly changing the attitude and work ethic of this general manager. Honestly, call her and listen to her voicemail, you can even tell in her voicemail that she isn't fit for this job. Absolutely the most unprofessional person I've encountered at a Hilton facility. its safe to say ill never again stay at this location in Enid. read more

We recently stayed at this hotel due to a sudden death in the family, hoping for a comfortable and accommodating place during a difficult time. With three children, we specifically chose this location because it advertised a pool for the kids and a hot tub for my husband and me. Before booking, we called to confirm these amenities would be open, and we were assured they would be. On Sunday night, the pool and hot tub were open, and our children enjoyed some much-needed relaxation. However, when we returned from the funeral on Monday, the hot tub was closed. The front desk staff informed us it was due to tiles falling off the sides, but after leaving a review, I received a response saying it was closed due to weather. This is an indoor facility, and the weather was consistent throughout our stay, so this explanation was both misleading and frustrating. It's upsetting to feel as though we weren't given honest communication about the situation. The breakfast was another disappointment. Both mornings, the waffle maker was broken, yet all the toppings were laid out as though it was functional. Another guest mentioned it had been broken for days. The rest of the offerings were subpar--scrambled eggs with sliced hot dogs and bagels no cream cheese or anything to go on them.After the first morning, we decided to leave the hotel and pay for breakfast elsewhere. These issues reflect a lack of attention to detail and an overall poor experience. What's most concerning is that this experience does not reflect the standards I associate with your hotel chain. This felt like a misrepresentation of your brand, and I would strongly encourage management to address these issues with updates to the property, better maintenance of amenities, and additional training for staff. Families like ours rely on accurate information and a certain level of quality when choosing where to stay. I would hate for another family to experience the same disappointment during an already stressful time. Please take these concerns seriously and ensure this location aligns with the high standards that your brand is known for. read more

We stayed here as an overnight on a trip to the panhandle. There might be nicer hotels in Enid (not sure) but I usually go with the Hilton brand. Check in was smooth and very friendly. After I checked in, I even got a call from the front desk to make sure that everything was OK. Room was clean. Plenty of towels in the bathroom (which I have noticed that some hotels are hoarding lately). Breakfast was the usual fare--pre-made "omelets", potatoes and turkey bacon. The oatmeal was runny and not super warm. My only other complaint besides the oatmeal was the check out crew--not the friendliest. They also had signs posted that guests were required to wear masks. None of the staff had one on. And, only a few guest (ourselves included) were wearing them. I would stay here again when I pass through town. read more

Just stayed at Hampton Inn in Enid, OK and left with that feeling you sometimes get that someone has just picked your pocket. Where do I start? The Front Desk clerk was so busy outside on her phone that she literally had a hand-lettered "Be back soon" sign sitting on the desk. I had to wait for her to arrive instead of the other way around. They advertise themselves as "pet-friendly" but simply pre-assign random rooms like always. The manager, Jessica, assured me they don't have the room layout (two queens, nothing exotic!) I wanted in a pet friendly area (probably because that would require effort). I ended up probably as far away from a pet relief area as it's possible to get. When I asked for a room closer to an outside area, the front desk was unwilling to accommodate me (you have to switch a couple of pre-assigned rooms around=effort). Then she went back outside to get on her phone where she stayed while we went to dinner and was still on it when we got back. The pet fee ended up being $75, pretty steep. The manager, Jessica, assured me this was in order to do a deep cleaning. Ironically the room I was given had gum stuck in the carpet (still sticky) and a used Topo-Chico bottle cap next to the ice bucket. So much for deep cleaning. They also advertise a pet exercise area on their website, completely fenced. I was unable to locate this area though I circled the building. Pet friendly means they'll lure you in by saying they are, then gouge you. I very much feel like they've swindled me. Breakfast. Don't bother if your dietary requirements are anything but sugar and bread (or sugared bread). As far as non-sugared (I'm diabetic) items, no eggs in sight except a few cold, boiled eggs. When I found the cook to ask about a hot breakfast guess what? She was in the back on her phone and pretended that she couldn't understand the word "eggs" though she prepares them (almost) every day. I surrendered, they beat me this time, but I'll "vote with my feet" and not give them any more of my money. Save yourself the trouble and money especially if you have pets. There are other hotels just down the street. I'll bet one of them has employees who don't spend their entire shift watching tik-tok. I'll not be returning to that hotel and possibly not to a Hampton. read more

Rooms were clean. The sofa bed wouldn't lay flat and was HORRIBLY uncomfortable. They don't have USB ports for cell phone cords. Also the hot tub in the pool area is broken. They don't serve a hot breakfast as advertised, you get a bag instead with water and a muffin. I recommend they update the website to reflect a continental breakfast, update the Technolgy in the rooms, and fix the spa tub in the pool area. read more

My last night at the hotel was the worst. I had to stay at this place for 4 weeks. In the first night I woke up because of a cricket sitting on my face. I changed rooms to an upper floor after AC and other maintenance problems in two other rooms I ended up in a third room for the last couple of nights. I woke up at four, turned on a light and saw a bed bug running and hiding in my bed sheets. All other negative experience doesn't seem that bad anymore. Just in case somebody still cares about staying here: The management doesn't care about hotel guests. E. g. It took 1.5 weeks of asking before they refilled the gas bottle of the grill which was empty the day we arrived. You'll find roaches and crickets all over the ground floor, happily running around. It appears as if they don't have pest control in place. Room cleaning doesn't happen every day. If you're lucky they replace the towel, if not you'll find left overs from the previous guest.... read more

General manager is in way over her head, has no idea what she is doing, desk manager is just a jerk. charged me for two rooms, only stayed in one. reserved a room for two nights, they checked me out after the first night, fortunately the housekeeping isn't very good at there jobs either and my stuff hadn't been touched. they went into the room while i was at work and turned off the AC. trying to ask some simple question and manager kept telling me to stop yelling. very rude. kept threatening to call cops on me, so i kept handing her my phone to help with the call. read more

I thought this was a reputable business that appreciated customers. First off, the AC is deplorable, got a suite for $150, seems ok, about 80 degrees in the room, turned ac down to the lowest, after about 10 hours, down to about 75. Had a 16th birthday for my niece, came back to a still hot room. Buzzed the front desk after we pulled out the hideabed for the kids and there are no blankets - the desk person, named Murphy, said "they are in the closet", we had checked and let them know they were not present - they said, are you sure you are looking in the right place? We told them there were none, thirty minutes later they arrived. Mind you it is now about 12:30. Trying to get the kids to bed and there are no pillows - called again; same story "they are there, you just aren't looking to n the right place; nope, there are none - now it is almost 2:00, been waiting and nothing. I try calling and there is no answer, I go downstairs and there is nobody there. As I am finally about to give up "Murphy" appears and has an attitude to begin with - literally after two and a half hours of trying to get kids down, we get bedding for which we had already paid. I give up, Hampton sucks, poor accommodations with respect to AC and really sorry evening staff (at least at the desk) would be one star except the young person who brought blankets on the first trip was very kind and considerate - Murphy could certainly learn a thing or two from them. read more

This Hampton Inn is pretty standard. However, since all of OK is undergoing another of its many oil and gas "booms", it can be hard to get into. If you do, here is what I found: *The staff are nice. Very friendly *The rooms are nice. *The breakfast is nice. However--we are paying a LOT of money for our "suite"--which isn't--but is nice--and today they didn't clean the room!! Yes, we left the room at 11--so?? When we left, the maid's cart was right OUTSIDE our door. Yet she apparently "missed us" according to management. Nice. We didn't get an apology--or a rate reduction. And we had to ask them twice to bring us new towels.....unacceptable. Typical Enid customer service. read more

There were a lot of good things about the Hampton Inn and Suites in Enid. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was always extremely friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was nice. However, the item that really detracted from my stay was the internet. My connection, along with all my coworkers connections, were EXTREMELY slow. Like takes a minute or two to send a simple email slow. For a hotel which boasts high speed internet I really found this disappointing. When traveling in business I want to be able to work from my room, but the internet situation made it difficult. One can also forget about trying to use Netflix, because the website wouldn't even work for me while on the wireless. If you don't need internet, then by all means stay at this hotel, but if you need internet I suggest looking at other options. read more

We checked in on 3/31/2014. The lobby looked great very pretty. They said it was 4 yrs old. The price was 145. We were going to go somewhere else. It was just for 1 night it was only my sister & I. The clerk kindly dropped it down to $125. Which was still high. But we were tired so decided to stay. So we walked in our room it was really nice and big. We'll I watch a lot of "Hotel Impossible" on TLC. So I knew a lot of things to look for. So I did the glove test, it wasn't to bad just a tiny bit of dust from the top of tv, top of picture frames, which he says should never be. So I proceeded to do the bed test. You could tell the sheets were slept on, not stained but very wrinkled. And did not smell fresh. There is a Stan on the mattress tho. .. Which H Impossible would say " do something about it". So I went to the front desk and told them about the sheets. They had the housekeeper to come do fresh sheets and cases while the head of housekeeping watched. Now to what the guy on the show "Hotel Impossible"one of the things he hates besides what I mentioned. When we left to shop and do supper. Not one person was at front desk. Came back, 2 hrs later. Not one person was at the front desk. An hr later we left again and then came back. Not one person at front desk at either time. But that's not all, about 8:30pm I went down to get some tea, Not one person at front desk. It's now after 12 am. Not one person at front desk. Anything within seconds could be stolen or etc. Hotel Impossible says, "NEVER SHOULD THERE EVER BE THE FRONT DESK UNATTENDED. SOMEONE SHOULD BE SITTING AT IT AT ALL TIMES. DONT MATTER IF THERE ARE CAMERAS OR NOT. THEY ARE THERE TO PROTECT THE GUEST." I shouted cause that's the way he said it. Other than that I would probably stay. The staff were very nice. Rooms were big , no refrigerator tho in room. REMEMBER THIS: At the front dest the sign says, " if your not satisfied you don't have to pay. ". read more

HORRIBLE STAY and I will not step foot back in this Hotel. Management Danielle and Shelly both are very young immature and inexperienced... Very rude and unprofessional. I already shared my experience on Trip Advisor so im not going to waste anymore of my time with this hotel.
