I stayed here recently during the NJCAA Baseball tournament. I really wanted to rate the hotel higher because the staff are really knock out! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They couldn't have been more accommodating. The condition of the hotel, though, was disappointing for a Marriott property. The room I was in looked okay on the surface but was really in need of a deep clean and freshening up. The grout and caulking in the bathroom was stained (moldy?). There was a separate toilet room from the shower room. It looked liked there had been some repairs that weren't handled very well. The walk-in shower was large. It only had a wire basket to put soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It would have been nice have a small shelf to put shampoo/conditioner and other shower products and a real improvement would be a small ledge near the bottom to use for shaving legs. Another major improvement could be a handheld shower wand...those are super inexpensive and make for an easy upgrade. The bed was too soft for my liking; I'm glad I was there only a couple of nights. The pillows were WAY too soft and I woke up with a neck ache each morning. Despite COVID, they were still doing the morning breakfast buffet. I typically look forward to the make-your-own waffles...unfortunately they had strawberry flavored batter in both batter containers... gross! Kids might like that, but least put regular batter in one of the containers. They had some fresh fruit and some microwavable breakfast sandwiches...they weren't completely awful. The hotel looked newish at first glance, but the hotel is tired and needs a super deep clean and proper freshening up. read more

I've spent many nights at this Springhill and have been treated to fantastic customer service. The staff is attentive and at every opportunity tries to make my stay comfortable. Any room issues (failed lights or other needs) are handled immediately. Try to meet the hotel manager if you can, she is awesome and treats her staff like family. read more

Though it's away from where all the activities of the town are, and what I was doing for my trip up to Enid - it is a very nice hotel. The service was great, and the place was comfy. It wasn't cheap, but for the price it's a dang good deal. The room I was in was huge and luxurious. The pillows were comfy, the blankets were nice and clean, and the bathrooms were spic and span. I really enjoyed their hotel bar (like, maybe enjoyed it TOO much). The fitness center is not much to gawk at, but it is there! Breakfast was great, and complimentary. They had a small selection of sundry in their lobby if you needed food-no room service. All in all a good place to stay! I recommend booking early, it seems like hotels in Enid book quickly. read more

I travel to these small towns in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma a lot for business, and most of the time I don't have a decent hotel to stay in. So, thank you, as a business traveler with standards, for being here. It's a little difficult to find. And while it is new, it is already showing some wear because they didn't construct it to the highest standards. Still, the rooms are clean and comfortable. This hotel is popular, and with good reason! The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a bar in the lobby and a place to get snacks and nibbles. It is close to grocery and restaurant options, though, so there is a lot out there for dinner options. This hotel actually has decent wifi as well, which is sometimes hard to find. Overall, a nice hotel. read more

I really enjoyed my recent stay here while in Enid. Now I didn't have a say in the matter because my work booked it for me, but from what I could tell around town, this looked like one of the nicer hotels. When I went into my room for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised how modern and chic the decor was. I feel like I never know what to expect at hotels and have low expectations, so I'm usually impressed, but there was just a little something special about SpringHill. I was a fan of their breakfast spread, although one of the mornings the eggs were a little dry. I added some salsa on top and they were good to go. They have a large selection of bread options from regular toast to croissants, bagels and English muffins. The also have a cereal bar, some cold cuts, yogurt and more. I mean, that's a pretty good offering for a hotel breakfast. The shower had great water pressure, which is always something that's a make or break for me at hotels. Their fitness center was pretty small, but there were two treadmills, an elliptical and some free weights. The cardio equipment also had screens on each machine to watch TV, along with a TV in the room itself. They also have microwaves in the rooms, so it was really convenient for me to run over to Walmart next door and grab a quick dinner to pop in. I'd be happy to stay here again in the future! read more

I stayed here for 4 nights on business. I travel for a living. I cannot express how much this hotel made me feel at home! Rooms were amazing and spacious with a sectional couch, full size workable desk with great lighting and connection. 42" Tv. refrigerator and mini fridge. The bed was fabulous!!! soft sheets and plenty of fluffy pillows. Nice toiletries. The staff was absolutely friendly and accommodating. A good hot breakfast with plenty of variety. Nice outdoor and indoor meeting areas! The Only thing I can think of to say negative was the workout room only had a few weights two treadmills and one stair climber. But everywhere was well maintained and very clean! read more

Modern and clean with friendly front-desk staff. The room was excellent for either a business person or vacationer with Wi-Fi, HD TV, work desk and quiet. The front desk morning person was a lifesaver as she printed my Southwest boarding passes for the flight out of OK City the next day (could not get the SW App to work). The complimentary breakfast had a nice assortment of cereals, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and fresh fruit and better than average coffee. Only downside is that its a bit hard to find - look for the Highway Patrol station off of Highway 412 / 60 West of Enid - the hotel is behind it. It has excellent law enforcement presence and safety! I'm shocked by all the good reviews. Maybe our room (room 125) was a fluke... I travel my fair share and have more often than not, been impressed with the Marriott family, which is why we chose the Springhill Suites. Yowsers. First: while the room was semi-spacious - I've never stayed in a hotel where you couldn't watch TV while lounging in bed. The television was bolted to a stand that while even turned to the furthest, could only be watched from the couch. Second: while you could tell from the designer colors and flooring selection that the hotel is relatively new, the actual construction was right out of a DIY disaster show. I'm not exaggerating. There are separate rooms for the toilet and the bath/shower - Each have sinks. The toilet seat was precariously loose and slid enough around, I worried I would wind up in some News of the Weird story about being severely injured by a toilet. The faucet to the sink in the toilet room was not even affixed to the sink. In the bath/shower room, the bathtub faucet was sticking out a good 1 1/2-2 inches from the wall. No joke - wall, then pipe, then faucet. Maybe this was the cause for having water running from both the shower head and the tub faucet when you pulled the knob to route the water to the shower. Minor, but demonstrative of the shoddy construction - Their sad little towel rack was screwed on noticeably crooked. Three: one of the most uncomfortable beds I've slept on - WAAAAYYYY too soft - To the point the mattress felt "squishy". There were a few pros: free wi-fi and breakfast, but the $150 price tag was ridiculous for the quality you get. Next time have to stay overnight in Enid, will be trying another hotel. read more

This Springhill Suites has absolutely massive rooms, is brand new, has a decent breakfast, is extremely clean, and has a nice staff. The bar in the lobby and the little snack shop are convenient. We were on the first floor, and could hear the people above us running around, so better insulation between floors would have been nice. That's my only complaint, though. Overall, it was a great stay and we'll be booking this hotel each time we're in town. read more

The customer service at this hotel is HORRIBLE! I had an event there and I had issues the ballroom was not particularly clean nor was it cleaned up after the event. The cold coffee was still in the ballroom the next morning plus other stuff like filled garbage cans, etc. We needed to clean up ourselves. I arrived with a group requiring 4 rooms. Check in went well. First negative, the ice machine didn't work so we had to use the one in the kitchen, no big deal. Second, went to the bar and found the bartender laying on a couch, grouchy stating she was pregnant and had a headache. We felt sorry for her and didn't want to bother her to get a drink from the bar. We went to the indoor pool area. The chlorine smeel was so severe, it didn't seem healthy to even breathe the air due to the high concentration of chlorine. The pool area needs some ventilation to provide air that one can breathe. The room refrigerator did not work. All room temperatures are controlled and cannot be changed no matter what you set the thermostat on. No one could change the room temperature in any of the rooms. You could set the thermostat to a lower temperature but after 4 hours, it was the same temperature. This was mentioned to the desk staff and they had no response. There was a puddle of water around the in room a/c unit. The coffee maker in the room didn't work. In the morning, I went for coffee at the breakfast bar and it was cold. I asked the desk clerk about it and she said that she was aware of it and said they are having trouble with their coffee pots, REALLY! Morning coffee is an industry staple. I had to crawl behind the in-room refrigerator to try and make coffee in the room and found the coffee maker unplugged. Even after plugging it in, the machine would not come on. It seems to be some electrical problem in the room. I had to use a flashlight to see in the living room area as the bulb from the living room light was missing, not burned out but missing! I am very disappointed with this property. The property appeared clean and most of the grounds and buildings well maintained but many things were wrong that would make me choose another hotel. There are many other options in town, I would recommend choosing a different property. As I pass through this area occasionally, I will make sure to book somewhere else. read more

I travel for work, and choose Marriott hotels when available. Not only are they plentiful, but the service is generally pretty good. Example: I booked my hotel for 2 out of the 4 days I was in Enid, as the hotel was booked the end of the week. I called everyday to inquire about cancellations, so that I may extend my stay. Despite some issues, the front desk was able to shuffle things around to allow me to not only stay the 4 nights, but also keep my same room! It may not sound like much, but to a guy traveling, having a stable place to call home is awesome. The rest of the hotel is great too. It seems pretty new, the rooms are HUGE, and it is one of the few Springhills I have stayed at that has a bar in the hotel, that is nice! I guess the only downside for some could be that it is at the edge of town. I enjoyed it, looking out my window to an open field. read more

We stayed one night. We met up with friends for party. The bar owner was great! Ashley and Austin helped me plan a great evening with all my friends. The 204 Room was 5 stars. This is a dream to have a great hotel in this small town that appreciates ALL people. The service was excellent all the way around. I have traveled a lot in the U.S. to big cities. We stayed here for 2 nights. After the first night we both took showers and had to use the ice bucket to drain the tub. Put water in the fridge and it would not turn on. Also the door had a problem shutting and opening due to swelling. Told the front desk the first morning about the fridge and the tub drain and they wrote a ticket to have maintenance come during the day to fix. Thank you maintenance for fixing the fridge but the tub still does not drain properly. Called the front desk at 9:30pm and was told maintenance was working behind the bar and would come up sometime to check it. I told the person at the front desk that we were going to bed in 20 minutes and she said that maintenance had told her that it was fixed so it should be draining. Well we will see in the morning what happens because I will NOT dip out water tomorrow morning so I sure hope it drains or the first floor might have a problem. I really do think for $130 a night I should not have to bucket out water and have a front office person argue with a customer at 930 pm. This will be the last stay with this chain read more

The rooms are spacious. Not very clean though. For a newer place there is upkeep being ignored. Damage to walls in the rooms - dead crickets everywhere! The indoor pool was absolutely filthy and unusable. The green algae was enough to scare anyone off. The check-in clerk had to drug away from the TV in the lobby and offered no information about anything except where to find the elevator. The free breakfast was truly the only bright spot to the entire visit. Will not be staying here again. read more
