I saw the bugs myself, and my wife, our kids and I all woke up with bites. We reported it and were moved to a new room, but the damage was done. We had to wash every piece of clothing we owned on high heat at a laundromat (which ruined several items) and buy rollaway beds so we wouldn't carry bed bugs into our new home. After we reported it, I got a text from staff asking how our stay was going. I replied honestly and never heard back. Housekeeping also never made the beds, changed the sheets, and emptied the trash a handful of times in either room during our entire stay. What bothers me most is the follow-up. Management told me in writing that a refund would be processed within 24-72 hours. That was on October 1. After multiple follow-ups, I'm still waiting, and the hotel has stopped responding. The front desk staff were genuinely kind and helpful, including during the room change, and I want to give them credit. But between the bed bugs, the lack of housekeeping and a refund promise that was never kept, I can't recommend this property.

Expedia charged my card $277 for two nights, but the hotel provided a receipt for $242. The hotel staff indicated that Expedia overcharged us, which is concerning.

You can also opt for pancakes or waffles. If you are really hungry you'll have to pay extra. The rooms are hit and miss as far as smell and condition, but you CAN get a good room. The front desk and housecleaning staff are very nice and will try to accommodate you. The indoor pool looked beautiful but it was too warm to swim because the hot tub spills into it heating everything. Strange design. Form over function. So, a big suggestion: Ask to see your room first. Is it one of the ones with a new mattress? Was the previous occupant a smoker? Check out the AC, does it stink? Where is the room? Does it open to the pool (pool noise)? If the room is not good, ask to see another. They will happily oblige. Your reward for the extra effort will be a comfortable stay for SUPER CHEAP. If you can't find a great discount online, call the hotel directly and tell them you want a cheaper rate, if they have the extra rooms, they'll bargain.

It was beyond disgusting and completely unsanitary. The rest of the property matched the condition of the room: ripped and filthy carpets, burn marks on ceiling tiles, and multiple smoke alarms dismantled or missing. Even with no-smoking signs posted with penalties, there was still a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building. The ice machine was extremely dirty, the soda machine was out of service, and guests were directed to buy bottled water at the front desk. The hot tub and sauna didn't work, and the pool furniture was rusted and unstable. I also watched someone step into the hot tub and wash her feet in it, then walk away -- and no employee said a word. When I reported these conditions and showed photos, management instructed staff to remove me from the property instead of addressing the hazards and refused to refund me. I have extensive photo and video proof. This place is a health hazard. I would never recommend it to anyone.
