Beside some annoyances after sale (things we got like inserts were all of a sudden discontinued, etc.), not that long after we began using our kitchen, the cabinet doors were getting loose and falling off the hinges because the provided screws were so short, which we had someone replace with longer screws. The paint or whatever is on the outside of the cabinet is chipping severely in many places with general use revealing the wood underneath, and has been since a few months after getting the cabinets. And the faucet we got from cabinet outlet stopped working about a year into having the kitchen (it had a switch back and forth between sprayer and stream, and now, regardless of which way the switch is, it's both a spray and stream at the same time). We're a normal family that isn't very rough with our things. We've never had this issue in other houses. Just this morning I was making coffee and had the realization that we're going to have to pour more money into the kitchen to repair these things.

Sally was wonderful in making sure that our schedules matched and that all the materials were ready for the job. Absolutely will recommend your establishment to everyone.

We did the job, the customer was very happy with our work, but not with Armco Flooring. Customer claims he was told what color granite to get by Joe Armano, owner of Armco Flooring, this color did not match his color scheme and as a result would not pay his final bill. Our company became involved, and agreed to take off $500.00 just to settle the bill. That left Armco Flooring with a bill of $1,500 which Joe Armano said he would pay. The bill remains unpaid, Joe's responce is to curse at any attempt to collect this bill, and hang up the phone. I think sites such as Yelp are very usefull to give possible customers, an idea of what type of company they are dealing with. Dishonest bussiness owners such as Joe Armano can be called out, Buyer beware.

Purchased hardwood flooring from them, didn't look like the store sample when installed and the finish was very different. I was told flooring was very durable, so since it looked different than store sample, I poured red wine on a scrap piece. The store was remarkable in the sense it is smaller yet almost every office set up you might want seems to be on display. We quickly settled on an L shaped configuration ac matching cabinet and well beneath our "guess" at the price. Two things that stand out. We paid for delivery and set up. It arrived on time and could not have asked for more professional a gentleman doing the installation. I had a minor defect ( from manufacturer-they would not have known) on the cabinet. Hard to see unless you are looking specifically for it. I texted Jake at the store, sent a picture and within minutes I had a response saying the part was on its way-that simple. It came in about 3days. Perfect response from a business. I am so impressed I will had Joe's to the list we have of business's we provide to the residents of our association. If you are looking for that desk or chair or anything for your office-I cannot recommend them enough. An outstanding local business.
