    Horrible service. They do not return calls or follow up on interest. The worst. Homeowners - run! They will not try to lease your property.

My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

Any minor issues that came up were handled quickly and professionally, and communication with the property manager was always clear and responsive. Jared, the owner, was so helpful and kind to helped me on line to do all the standard paperwork that I had technical issue with, and he " hold my hand" through the whole process with patience and kindness. He found me a tenant in less than a week when previous property management ( 3 of them) couldn't find. He asked me when he was physically there if I'll need to look at the thermostat to make sure the right Temprature will be inside the unit and checked other things while he was taking pictures in there. Once we signed the agreement I dealt with Emi and she was extremely friendly and helpful with getting our property setup in their systems. Once the property was listed they quickly found a qualified tenant and I was assigned my account manager, Eva. Eva is fantastic at communicating with me the few times there were issues with the property. She also conducted a market analysis when it was time for the tenants to renew their lease. My experience with The Realty Medics has really given me comfort knowing my investment property is taken care of well and that my husband and I do not need to worry about this aspect of our retirement plan. Once applied , the person dodged our calls and emails after taking our application fees for weeks and then finally said "oh someone else applied and it's pending". No one else applied before we did , the manager dragged their feet for weeks after 27 phone calls and 8 emails. I look forward to their response on this one with some altered fabrication of Reality.

    From the beginning I felt like the property manager, Nick, had no issues rejecting your application…read moreif you did not meet immediate expectations for being a tenant. He does not speak on the phone, but feels comforted texting all the necessary information rather than speaking like adults. From when you first apply, the application process takes until you contact them for a viewing the property to even be considered for the property. I had to wait a week to figure this out. Once you tour, they hassle you to get in all your verification information in 3 DAYS or they deny you. Once you scramble like a chicken to get this information by THEIR timing, you still have the option of being denied, EVEN WITH A COSIGNOR, even after all your applications fees, even after your HOA fees, and even after your security deposit. THE ONLY QUALIFICATION THAT I DID NOT MEET, WAS CREDIT, WHICH IS WHY I REQUIRE A COSIGNOR. I wasn't notified about the rejection until I got to the HOA approval process, from which I was notified I cannot be approved because I have a cosignor. I wish this information was granted BEFORE I applied to Alfano Property Management and BEFORE all the required fees they made me pay. On top of that, they don't even know the facility companies who run the associations on their property, falsely providing information that is not relevant to the current tenant. All this to say that if you don't have a 750 credit score when applying to Alfano Property management, don't bother because they treat you like an orphan who can't get adopted. This manner is timely and I have wasted an entire month dealing with this management company. The only professional I spoke to was Dominic, the owner of the company.

I was in the Army for about 10 years and I dealt with plenty of property managers and this by far the WORSE experience ever. to the point that I dont want to deal with property managers ever again. Kim You charged me for stuff I know for a fact you don't do. You charged for seeds for the grass that grass was trash when I moved there. And still treat it but that grass was already trash there's No seed that can repair that nasty grass. You also charged me for "cleaning" when I got the house that house was nasty and dirty, I sent photos I have proof the carpet was trash the house is trash just like you do business trashy if we can even call that a business very unprofessional and cheap property management. You Kim, you are very cheap and very unprofessional You Don't even have a place to take care of clients thats how cheap you are. I'll make sure at least 100 customers don't go your way. I promised that. Please run AWAY from this SCAM property manager they will do anything within their power to retain your deposit money without any reason.

Along came my 18 year old nephew and my 9 month old son. Before going into the home, Kim Cochrane states "Do you want to leave the baby outside with him? (My nephew) People usually don't bring their babies." Very rude and first red flag. Families go to see homes together all the time? Second red flag I was rushed through the tour after 10minutes of looking around she turns off all the lights and locks the doors. I had to ask her to reopen so that I can at least get a video. I leave her with the $60 money order for the application and $2095 personal check deposit to put the house on hold. I get home and apply for the beautiful home. So, she calls me the following day and tells me I didn't get approved for the house. She said it's bcuz they "can't verify where my income is coming from" (her exact words) MEANWHILE I provided her with business bank statements as well as personal bank statements all going back 6 months and two years worth of tax returns LOL I asked her what else can I provide her with she tells me "the answer is just no" she's a joke! I'll keep looking that place wasn't meant for me. Edit: She just commented some excuse about "policy" lol if that is the supposedly policy Kim, why was it not mentioned prior to showing? Or at showing? Btw her demeanor has completely changed now that the public is watching. She was extremely rude in person as well as over the phone. I even called my family and friends after because I was just in shock at how rude she was. We definitely will not be going through this company being that she's the "owner" BEWARE!

When I decided to put my own house on the market a few months ago, I remembered Shoreline Realty from the name on the side of Matthew's pick-up truck, looked him up, and reached out. We met at my home soon after to get acquainted, have Matthew get a look at the house, and voice our thoughts on appropriate updates/repairs, the asking price, for getting it on the market, etc. With Matthew's guidance and assistance in facilitating preparations, the house was listed on April 20th, had six showings, and had two solid offers within a week. In the interim, I've come to know Matthew as a high-energy person of integrity, with a wealth of local knowledge and resources who grew up in the area and is finely tuned to the local real estate markets. He's reliable, intelligent yet relatable, driven yet chill, and knows how to market properties to the best advantage for both buyers and sellers.
