He asked me when he was physically there if I'll need to look at the thermostat to make sure the right Temprature will be inside the unit and checked other things while he was taking pictures in there. My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

I like that this neighborhood is developing into a community known as Millenia, were the drivers tell me it is A LOT better than what it was before. Anabel did a great job with walking me through the whole leasing process, and getting me acquainted to the neighborhood. The apartment itself is absolutely amazing, and was surprisingly refinished with stunning hardwood floors. The windows itself are INCREDIBLE, that wrap around the entire apartment. It was like winning the rare apartment lottery, as the location overlooks this beautiful fountain that changes lights. Sometimes i just stare out waiting for tinkerbell to come out and pinch me. Speaking of starring, the view is the best view I have had in my entire life, and i always had apartments with a view. On the other side, I can see the slingshot attraction which looks so cool at night. You definitely need to be in a Gated community in this area, because a lot of tourist traffic can lead to increased crime. I also checked out some other places that call themselves "luxury apartments" around here, and I still think we're better. Same price as I was paying to live at the place I was at before, minus the claustophic life of being stuck out in suburbia where everyone is already in a relationship. Maintenance teams do a great job of keeping up landscaping, gates, and the pool. All my maintenance requests were answered in a timely manner. Overall- this is a great place to live, up there on my list of BEST places I have lived. The gamble to just come here first, and see the apartment second paid off, as it really is a dream apartment to be in. On several Instances I called during business hours and was sent to voicemail. When requesting a call back, I would either receive an email, or no response at all. To get any sort of attention you need to walk into the office and stand in front of them. Even then, when they say they are going to get back to you, they do not follow up. Furthermore, when I tried to negotiate my renewal pointing out their faults, they started arguing with me basically saying I was lying. Like, I could see the gate through the window, there are no bars on the swing arms and the gate itself if wide open.
