We took home many samples, etc. But when they couldn't find a specific floor for us they just never called back. I repeatedly called them and we scheduled installation. The floor was installed well, however the plan had not been communicated to the crew, increasing the time it took for the job to be completed. A piece of our project was also forgotten and the crew has to come out an extra day. What makes me very mad, and has reduced my rating from 3 to 2 stars is the fact that I recently noticed some boards that need to be secured better. I called the company 3 times and they will not schedule a time to come out and fix the issue. The person I talk to keeps saying they will come out but they're too busy now so I need to keep calling until they aren't busy. Um, no. Is customer service dead?? I will be copying this review to Hammonds Hardwood Floor as the companies are owned by the same person.
