Office staff is courteous and helpful. Waiting area is tiny, but since the wait time is usually very minimal that's ok. The professional staff is well trained and will go the extra mile to meet your needs. I usually see one therapist---I don't like change!---and am comfortable with her ability and recommendations. It is good to try to book appointments at least a couple of weeks out, but if you need to make a change, they will do their absolute best to accommodate you. Hours are good too!
