So I hooked up so to speak with Jennifer Sartori, DPM. Awesome Doctor, never keeps you waiting and great surgical skills. I should know she operated on both feet for various reasons I rather would not get into. It is the aftercare that is so critical in my opinion. She excels at that. She follows up always. I do have various problems with my feet which means I need to see her about every six to nine weeks. She is like family to me now. Fractures, bunions, cross over toes, no worries for she can handle it all. I highly recommend her and all her staff.

The staff are not even cognizant of their own protocols. I am leaving this organization after years of coming here for quite serious diabetic foot issues. In trying to get my records transferred, after being stonewalled for six months and my feet worsening, the staff gave me such an incredibly difficult time I honestly thought I was having a heart attack. The last six months have been a colossal waste of time and money for me, not to mention the weeks of needing to stay off my feet to heel, due to lack of treatment. My feet must have correct orthotics or they suffer terribly, yet this outfit could care less despite my past loyalty and prompt payment. And why do mostly five star reviews, obviously phony and written by Affiliates in Podiatry, show up online and few complaints do? This place has deteriorated to the point of no return. Not even honest. There are much better providers out there! Not hard to surpass these people who cause more harm than good.

Within 20 minutes my issue was resolved. All staff that I dealt with were Friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!
