So here's why they earned my coveted five star rating. First all the good stuff: the most important thing is that the rim was exactly as described and in like new condition. That's Paramont. Also, the price was exceptional. These rims are $1000 or more brand new and getting one at their price was awesome. The rim was packaged extremely professionally, like they actually cared about the wheel. I thought the website was very good and easy to use. So the few areas they could use improvement on is that the sales person initially quoted me the non-sales price until I brought it up and then he quickly verified the sale and gave me the lower price. He also told me it would be there on a Thursday or Friday and when I called to follow up, they said it wasn't going to ship out till Monday and he shouldn't have said that. Lastly, I think the people could benefit from listening to some Zig Ziglar tapes and be a bit more enthusiastic on the phone. I would definitely do business with them again and would recommend them."
