The owner has been in business for 25 years and is shop is stacked with cars. Anyone could see that he didn't have time for another job today but when he heard that I was driving to Florida, he sympathized and took a look under the hood. She limped it to the motel in Remington and spent the night. I arrived the next morning and took it to Clarence (only repair shop in town). He made room for me and started right away to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Diagnosed the problem immediately and had the parts there in no time. Very professional and does the repairs the correct way . Was pleasantly surprised when the bill was less than half of what my local dealer had charged when the other front wheel had the same service (hub replacement). Clarence even apologized for the high cost of the parts. He would be my go-to mechanic if i wasn't 3 hours away. Do not hesitate to have Clarence work on your car, you will not be disappointed.

I approved the extra charge, but when I got my vehicle back, the original issue was still not resolved and my check engine light remained on. They told me they could continue looking into it, but also mentioned that these types of warning signals "sometimes happen," which didn't give me much confidence. On top of that, I noticed my car was returned without proper care there was dirt left in the back seat. At this point, I no longer trust this shop to handle my vehicle. I will be exploring legal options and recommend others proceed with caution when considering their services.
