She limped it to the motel in Remington and spent the night. I arrived the next morning and took it to Clarence (only repair shop in town). He made room for me and started right away to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Diagnosed the problem immediately and had the parts there in no time. Very professional and does the repairs the correct way . Was pleasantly surprised when the bill was less than half of what my local dealer had charged when the other front wheel had the same service (hub replacement). Clarence even apologized for the high cost of the parts. He would be my go-to mechanic if i wasn't 3 hours away. Do not hesitate to have Clarence work on your car, you will not be disappointed.

The owner has been in business for 25 years and is shop is stacked with cars. Anyone could see that he didn't have time for another job today but when he heard that I was driving to Florida, he sympathized and took a look under the hood. Luckily it wasn't a big problem; however, we needed a part so a phone call and 15min later, I was good to go! If all of life worked like this, frustrations would be a thing of the past. On top of that, I noticed my car was returned without proper care there was dirt left in the back seat. At this point, I no longer trust this shop to handle my vehicle. I will be exploring legal options and recommend others proceed with caution when considering their services.

I originally didn't plan on changing the diff fluid, but Rei recommended doing it while the car was already there and explained why it was a good idea. I'm glad I went ahead with it. They also took the time to inspect my front struts while the car was there and let me know they're starting to go and should be replaced soon. I appreciated them pointing that out and explaining it instead of just ignoring it. Their pricing was fair too, especially after getting quotes from a couple other places.
