On multiple visits I waited 45 to 60 minutes or longer for service. The facility appeared to be consistently short staffed, and the line moved slowly regardless of when I arrived. A membership sold on convenience does not deliver much if every visit costs an hour. Billing. I cancelled in September 2025 three separate ways: in person at the location, by phone message, and by email. My credit card has been charged every month since. I disputed several of the more recent charges through Chase and those disputes were resolved in my favor. I then sent the business a written demand asking them to stop the charges and refund what was billed after my cancellation. I received no response, and the charges are still appearing on my statement. If you are considering the monthly membership, be warned. My advice is practical rather than editorial: keep written proof of any cancellation, check your statements every month, and understand that stopping the billing may require your bank rather than the business.
