As a seller, our experience with Glenn was far more than disappointing. He was certainly thorough, as his inspection for the buyers took 4.5 hours on our 7 year old house. He left 2 radon sampling devices in rooms during our mover's pack and load days, who had to be in and out of rooms all day during the testing period. Our house had very minor findings, which did not jeopardize the sale, however 2 employees of the moving company witnessed Glenn pulling on a garage door, and trying to move it from side to side. The following day, upon opening and closing that same door, now out of tension adjustment, the door crashed to the ground, bending a panel, and breaking every one of the 5 windows -- resulting in a $655 repair. This same door never had a problem in over 5 1/2 years of daily operation. When confronted, Glenn said he only performed tests within inspection standards. I told him his story was quite different from 2 eyewitnesses, and 2 security cameras. He only responded that if he could see the video, he would "go halves" on the estimated repair. He then only took more pictures of the broken door. Another door, with a smart door opener, reported data that undue tension occurred during his inspection. I am disturbed as an experienced homeowner, of this business' dishonesty. The buyers paid for an inspection, and I got stuck with a repair of a door that worked perfectly until his "test". read more
