Now I'm trying to make my next appointment and no one's answering the phone. The message tells me to just, "go to 'DemandForce' to make an appointment." Okay. So I go to demandforce.com, and it's the corporate site of a firm that helps businesses with online marketing. There's absolutely nothing to do with CGQ on the site, other than a screenshot of how a "salon" could use DemandForce to integrate their appointment scheduling into their Yelp page (hint, hint CGQ?). I finally turned to Google for help, searching for "demand force chateau salon." That brought me to a local.demandforce.com page with a "Schedule an Appointment" button and more reviews. I would have gladly given CGQ 4-5 stars if not for the hoops I've had to jump through just to give them my business. Whoever's responsible for CGQ's web site needs to get the "Schedule an Appointment" button integrated into the site, and whoever does their Yelp page needs to put it there too. And as for the answering machine message, set up a FREE TinyURL shortened link to the scheduling page and provide that instead of just saying "go to DemandForce."
