My complaint is that they clearly insult clients. I know they all do, but come on, don't be so obvious ...My friend and I went in for pedicures and the stylists were speaking amongst themselves in Vietnamese and smiling while taking glances at us. The stylists were speaking gave me a packet of skin treatment. I'm well aware she was talking about my rough eczema feet I was in the salon in the dead of winter to take care of! The other stylist kept gesturing to my friend's hairy toes. I think this will be my last salon visit.

All this for just $25 and of course a generous tip! I was extremely satisfied with the services I received and will defiantly be back when I am in the area.

The ambiance was very relaxing and the staff is so friendly. We were greeted with champagne and had a chance to just sit, chat and relax between each service. We never once felt rushed. I had Brandy for my salt scrub and as my massage therapist. She tailored the entire massage to treat what was bothering me the most. She did deep tissue relief and it was GREAT. Lucia was my esthetician and she was AMAZING. Again, personalized treatment and very knowledgeable. I get a facial maaaaybe once a year so I needed some extra love. She suggested doing microdermabrasion and it was absolutely what I needed. When I sat up and looked in the mirror I didn't even recognize myself. My skin was GLOWING and I felt radiant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My wife and I decided to get massages for our anniversary, and unfortunately, my experience was…read moreextremely disappointing. Once we were in the room, my wife's massage therapist asked her if she wanted hot stones and another service that I couldn't quite hear. I turned to my massage therapist and asked if I could get hot stones as well. Her response was simply, "I don't do those." As the massage continued, I told her that I prefer heavier pressure because what she was doing was much too light. She then told me, "I don't give deep tissue massages." I wasn't necessarily asking for a full deep tissue massage. I was asking for more pressure. The massage was so light that I literally started laughing because it felt like I was being tickled. I apply lotion to my own body with more pressure than I received during this massage. If my wife had not been there getting her massage, I honestly would have gotten off the table and left. What made the experience even more disappointing was the difference in service at the end. My wife was given a warm towel to wipe the excess oil from her body. I wasn't offered one and ended up having to use paper towels from the wall. For a $250 massage bill, plus a $50 tip, I expected a much higher level of service, consistency, and attention to the customer's preferences. This was our anniversary, so we were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the experience together. Instead, I left feeling like the quality of my massage did not come close to matching what we paid. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Three Graces Day Spa.
