Details: I wanted to upgrade my system with all the latest automation and lighting. Also, I had a malfunctioning salt cell that my weekly pool tech could not figure out. I contacted Brian via the website and received a quick text that same day to setup a meeting. He quickly got the salt cell replacement going under warranty (no cost to me!) and spec'd out an automation setup. That night, received the quote with a timeline to get the parts/ installation. Price was right. Brian got everything installed and running very quickly (and on time) and was super communicative / timely throughout the process.
