I called him and he started out by yelling at me and told me if I didn't like it then terminate my agreement. In addition, he didn't require the applicant to include everyone living in the house to be on the lease. I changed property management companies and he refused to give the tenant their deposit back. He was also emailing me from one of the email address and it kept coming back invalid when I responded.
