Among the most authentic Korean food I've found in London, nicely presented in a stylish setting. A little gem in Fulham.

Great food. Awesome atmosphere. And located in one of London's most poppin' neighborhoods. If you…read morelike Korean food, this is your new jam. The interior gives you a sense of being in an underground bar somewhere in Asia, and it comes complete with Pucca dolls nestled on top of the booze bottles behind the bar. There is seating both upstairs and downstairs, but given how crazy it gets, if you're planning on coming, book in advance. I've eaten here twice, and I can safely say that the food is legit! It's surprisingly authentic given the location, and the drinks aren't half-bad, either. The Bibimbap with Bulgogi Beef is one of my favorites, thus far, with the perfect ratio of rice to beef, kimchi to veggies. It's one hearty dish, so come hungry. The Signature Fried Chicken is also done to perfection, and if you've ever had Korean Fried Chicken before, you know what I'm talking about. It's not expensive, but sadly, you only get 2 pieces. Believe me, you will want more. I can also vouch for the cocktails. Being a girly drinker myself, I can't pass up a delicious fruity cocktail from people who know how to put it together well. However, they also have a great Happy Hour with some of the cheapest beer you'll find to pair perfectly with your meal. That is how they do it in Korea anyway, isn't it?

They treated us like no other. 12/10 stars…read more You want to come here for not only fine surrounding but TOP Shelf food.

This Korean BBQ is a hidden gem, 10 minute walk from Richmond high street. On a Friday evening, the…read morerestaurant was packed with other guests but we were seated right away upstairs. Aside from the modern aesthetics, what makes this restaurant special is their table grills! The idea self-cooking is a really great form of dinner entertainment. When we were seated, our server recommended us a few popular plates, including the bulgogi dish and Oppa BBQ special, as I had mentioned to him that this was our first time here. He said customers usually order an individual BBQ plate to cook on the table and then a side dish (usually rice or noodles). We ordered the bulgogi, brisket beef, chicken fried rice and assorted kimchi platter. As soon as the food came out, my husband began cooking the meat on the table grill and this part of the meal was such a fun experience for him! Both the brisket and bulgogi were well seasoned and we both loved the kimchi platter. The fried rice was pretty good too and each portion was big enough for one. We also took a look at the other tables and their food looked equally appetizing. Empty plates are a good indicator of yummy food! Our meal turned out to be £30 for two people - a great dinner for its price! Pro tip: Be sure to ask for an additional tongs so that more than one person can handle the cooking on the table. We will definitely be coming back again!

I really enjoy this place…read more Yes its not your cheap Korean (except Bibimbap which is your regular 10ish pounds) but you do get quality produce and thick pieces of meat. We ordered a bunch of meat and seafood for the BBQ : my highlights were the kalbi beef (rib eye) the baby octopus and the spicy pork. I love the kimchee platters, kimchi rice and veggie japchae (potatoes glass noodles) If you re in the Richmond area, I highly recommand this place, service is really good. The only downside is that its ususally quite empty so it lacks in buzz but it does makes it easier to catch up with friends.

The space is actually pretty nice, particularly if you're sitting in the back. Servers are helpful and attentive, aided in part by that great but rarely exported technology from Korea: the call-for-service button. One could argue that the mere existence of such a device signals some degree of legitimacy to the establishment. You do have to cook your own here but that's to be expected from the usual establishments. Food is pretty good. We opted for all pork this go around and all of it was enjoyable. The basic pork belly faired the worst although using sesame and especially their ssamjang made everything balance out. Bugolgi was next and here it had a very interesting taste that we think had cinnamon added to the usually pear-based sauce; it neither detracted or added to the taste so it just became a topic of conversation really. Spicy pork was last and quite good, requiring no additional help from the sauces. The soju selection here is pretty weak so be prepared for the most standard Jinro (they didn't even have Fresh here) or get some other drinks. Will return!

Bulgogi cut did not have a lot of fat, which is good. You do have to grill it yourself if you're not used to it. Remember, chicken coooks longer, so do that last or early on. We got the cocktail sprits and it was pretty good. I recommend the berry over the lemonade. Doesn't hit you hard tho if you're looking for something with more alcohol. Ambience: (5/5), around dinner time, it started pouring in people. Otherwise, we had enough room for two, wasn't crowded, very clean Customer service: (5/5). No complaints.
