I visited the one that was open at the Sociable Cider Works brewery. We went to the Brewery for lunch, then headed to the Vintage Market for shopping! Their selection is very fun and eclectic! FUN!

They even offer a loyalty punch card with more fun on the back of the card. They did have a room of comic books as well as a workshop room which is cool. They had a room in the back of the store with vintage items & more mature items like magazines, art, trinkets & more. In the main room they had trinkets, art, shirts, stickers and lots of fun stuff. Generally a lot of nostalgic stuff with a bit of an artsy twist. It's for sure worth checking out. Staff were nice. Someone overheard me asking my mom for a quarter to get gum (I don't carry cash or coins at all) and gave me and my mom a quarter which was very nice. For sure bring some quarters!! The staff is always really happy to be there and share their fantastic (in the most literal sense) shirts, posters, books, art, and anything else you can imagine. It's a bit pricey for some stuff but I'm happy to pay it as I'm supporting local makers and helping to keep creativity alive in my city. I attended one of their flea markets today, that's when other antique vendors set up outside the perimeter of the house with their own goods. On flea market days, the white house items are an extra 20% off ( excluding sale items). All sales are final. Very fun place to walk thru, reminded me of all those antique shops in the Stillwater area. There are so many little spaces to discover and dig thru. In one of the rooms they even have free coffee to sample! Free parking in the lot next to it, in addition to free street parking in downtown Anoka. Midtown Global Market has been such a staple in my life. It does such a good job of having food options from so many cultures and parts of the world. The food is reasonably priced and the workers are all so kind and knowledgable. Beyond just food, there is a huge selection of art, groceries, clothing, and more. MGM has always felt like the ideal of what Minneapolis is and can be. I am sad to see a lot of booths closed right now. My heart aches for my neighbors and community. I hope (and know) that MGM can bounce back and continue to be a place of diverse community. Love MGM always.

Makes me avoid the area as a whole. Definitely not MGM fault but generally unfortunate. You do have to pay for parking, ramp or metered.
