I love this place for the quality of its fish. However, I have to admit that I only go here for lunch though, as that's when you get a real good lunch deals. €12 for a very tasty and fresh chirashi is hard to beat I'd say. Dinner is probably another story, as I agree with most other Yelpers that paying that much, even if the fish is of really good quality, for such a "cadre" is probably not worth it.
It's true that you definitely don't go here for the atmosphere though. There is no real decoration in the restaurant, if any. The restaurant could be freshened up a little. The front window doesn't really appeal either. But it doesn't matter for me, as I just go there to enjoy the lunch deals (lunch deals are on average between €10-€12).
It's actually also nice that the restaurant is not overcrowded, so usually very easy to have a table or to even sit at the sushi bar and watch the sushi chef in action, even if he's not very eloquent.
It's true that I have hesitated to give the restaurant a 4-star. If it were possible, I would have given it a 3.5 star, but as it's not possible, I decided to go for 4, as I regularly do come back here to enjoy that chirashi. Definitely worth it (for lunch)! read more
