Waterzooi was a good portion, looked nice, but was drowning in cream, and the chicken contained way to much cartilage and skin to be appetising. Not good. The dessert are too expensive for what they are, but one the meringue/raspberry dessert was actually quite nice. It's really too bad: with a couple of tweaks, this could be a great place to go to, but now I'm reluctant to recommend it to friends.

Friendly service, quaint atmosphere and solid prices. Check out their website for hours. They are closed on Wednesday's and their hours fluctuate by day. They often open at 630PM for dinner but have noticed they are occasionally open for lunch as well. What can I say, Italian in Belgium... The portions are very generous. You can easily share a plate and still be satisfied. I enjoyed the carbonara. A little "wetter" than expected but still delicious. One of my companions order a mac & cheese type meal that looked fantastic. I so wish I could read french and note which dish it was. Essentially included some other spicy meats and tasted delecious. There pizza is also very good and they have a large variety. Tip for Americans visiting: The margarita pizza is simply a cheese pizza. I mistakenly thought it would include fresh mozzarella and no red sauce. I was mistaken! But still a excellent pie. Recommend a visit.

Eating dishes that cost around 25 euros in a smoke-filled room is not enjoyable. The chef was also quite physically touchy, which made me very uncomfortable during dinner. When we were having dessert, the next argument broke out between the chef and another man and they got into a physical fight. After this incident, we decided to pay and leave the restaurant. We expressed our dissatisfaction and how unpleasant our experience was, but we were met with indifference and had to pay the full amount of 220 euros. The food was fine, but not amazing, and definitely not worth the money. People, if you're looking for a nice, cozy, and delicious restaurant, DO NOT COME HERE!! We are very disappointed.
