My wife recommended this location to me since she has been here a few times and she detests the dentist. I knew immediately it would be a good place to frequent. From the time of my first cleaning and x rays including a consultation to create a dental plan that would meet my needs the experience was friendly and very pleasant. Lucky for me my needs were few despite my neglect and I was able to do the necessary procedures in two stages and they were able to schedule it within my desired time frame. I will say that it took me quite some time to get in a initial appointment due to lingering labor problems and a busy clinic. Also they accept most all the insurance and even have payment plans to offer if you are in need. Overall a great experience and they have earned me as a repeat patient!

They came highly recommended so I made an appt. odd times during Covid so I'm sure it was a different experience then before covid but they did everything they could to help ease my worries. I did end up having 2 cavities and needing a cap and it went smooth. The dentist is really smart and nice. The whole staff is. There is no need to worry if you have anxiety. They said my teeth even tho I needed a few things done they have seen people come in with way worse situations then I had that have missed one appt. it made me feel less self conscious about my lack of dental care. My Husband even switched and he liked it as well!! Our 12 year old goes here now and liked it too! *when we were planning to move out of state this was one of our cons- we'd have to find a new dentist. LOL although we delayed our moved I'm happy I don't have to search Hugh and low for another dentist that compares to ST

He made an appointment, arrived and had x-rays done and was told the he doesn't need a root canal, only needs to replace a filling. $500 later still no relief from the pain. I have used Integra Dental for 10+ years and am very disappointed in this quality of care. Great for cleanings but that is about it.

New patient to Andover office. I was told an existing crown needed to be replaced as a small piece…read moreof that crown had broken off and it was possible that the tooth underneath may be decayed. The crown was removed and NO decay was found. I was ok with paying for a new crown so that I knew the tooth would be protected, but the new crown sat too high in my mouth and my teeth did NOT meet/close properly. The dentist became agitated by this and was clearly mad that he was having difficulties with the placement of my crown. He removed the new crown with greater force than he should have and cracked my tooth. Crowns are made right there in a machine in the same office, so after 4 hours in the chair he finished the second attempt of my crown. Then I was told that now I needed a root canal because the tooth had cracked. I scheduled an appointment for the root canal and was relieved to learn I could save the tooth, but had the great expense of surgery on the same tooth because my dentist had damaged it. I was told to return to the dentist to seal off the top of the crown. When I returned to the dentist I complained about the unnecessary expense this had cost me and said the least he could do is cover of sealing the crown after surgery. He did not respond. After my insurance had paid the dentist I received a call from the front office explaining that I still owed for the cost of sealing the crown after surgery. I was so angry. I paid with my credit card and explained that I would NOT return. Noone was concerned about my dissatisfaction. Six months later, at a new dentist office I needed my xrays. None arrived at the new office. I paid for new xrays because they didn't send them. Money is all that is important to them. They were not concerned at all about my welfare

Part of the work that was done was getting a Night guard fitted due to TMJ. All the work was completed prior to my official retirement date of 9/1/21. On the day I retired I received a call saying my mouth guard was ready to be picked up, but I was out of town and couldn't grab it that day. Long story short I told them I'd have to wait to pick it up because my insurance would lapse that day. In the mean time I had to get on my wife's dental insurance to cover a root canal because the dentist at Twin Cities Dental cracked my tooth while fitting my mouth guard. 2 months later, Once I got in my wife's insurance I went back to Twin cities dental to get my mouth guard. Twin Cities Dental billed my new insurance (even though all the work was done while on active duty and covered under my insurance) and unfortunately they wouldn't cover it. Here we are 1 1/2 years later and I'm still dealing with these people. I called Twin cities dental and explained the situation and basically was told to bad so sad. I asked if they would work with me on the total cost of the bill and I was told no, I'd have to pay in full. They aren't willing to work with me the total cost!! I don't recommend Twin Cities Dental to anyone! They're all about making that money!

I called Jan 31 and gave birthdate and his name and the office lady that day said he was scheduled for Feb 21 at noon after confirming his birthdate and name. My son came in on Feb 21 at noon and they had no record of the appointment and he had to schedule his next appointment for July as they couldn't get him in any sooner- he currently is in the waiting room/ cancellation list. I called to ask what happened to his appointment as I directly made call and confirmed his appointment on Jan 31- they answered they had no idea what happened- We have to give 24 notice of any cancellation for them otherwise we get charged - No ownership was given for their mess up/ mistake
