They obviously knew the market very well and the staging was INCREDIBLE and instrumental in the quick sale of our house. Happy with the counsel/advice we received and the fantastic service. While Cari Ann Carter Group is at a slightly higher % for realtor fees, worth it just for the staging and high touch service. UPDATE (approximately 1.5 years later): We recently used Cari Ann Carter again for the purchase of a lot. This was a bit spontaneous and Cari Ann is a pit bull when it comes to advocating for you. We were able to put in an offer Sunday, get a counteroffer Monday and secure the property on Tuesday. She was INSTRUMENTAL in making this happen quickly and is the best negotiator ever! She set reasonable expectations for us, which we really appreciated, and was very open in feedback along the entire way. More importantly, she is a DO-er! She had 2 contractors out within 12 hours of walking the property to help us with the logistics of design, finding a contractor, etc. You want her and her amazing team on your side when you're buying or selling!

Also had a horrible experience with their partner, The Closing Phase, yet they wouldn't help us out with the negative experience we had after they received their commission for the sale of one home and purchase of new one, it's like we were no one to them after all was said and done. I will preface this with I move a lot for work, every 18 months or so I am relocated, so this is my 6th move in 8 years. I have worked directly with many different companies across the US and I would say that by far bridge realty is the worst realtor. My agent for the home I just purchased is with Edina and throughout the process bridge has been none responsive, and damn near impossible to work with. Right now on yelp they have 5 stars, interesting considering they have a closed account with 1 star (attached). Avoid them and go with Someone that actually cares about the client and the sale rather than a weekend realtor who could care less and wants a paycheck.

They align with crooked home inspectors who fake inspection…read morereports, do intrusive inspections in violation of contracts, damage home seller property and appliances, all to pilfer and grift a favorable bid for your home, at the expense of YOUR hard earned equity. Bridge Realty real estate agents and their inspection partners purposely damage home seller property then request offers well under asking price as a fault of damage they directly cause to home seller properties during unsupervised showings. If you are selling your home and a buyer is represented by Bridge Realty, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOME UNSUPERVISED DURING SHOWINGS. Not to them or ANY inspector they assign should be left unattended in your home. They are unethical and illegal as damaging home seller property to reduce an asking price is flat out illegal. Beware Bridge Realty at all costs!

These guys deliver and go above and beyond the typical level of customer service. We ended up feeling like family. Such a great feeling to know we were with people that would get the job done. At times our selling journey felt like a long, epic, arduous journey, but hiccups happen and the ones that did were beyond everyone's control. We wouldn't change a thing. We have to thank my parents for referring Jason to us. What an excellent referral it was. Jason Koenig and his entire team were amazing from start to finish. Pros: -Marketing and communication. I've used them for my own condo as well as for my clients whose properties I oversee. GMC manages most of the properties in downtown Minneapolis and I think they are the best in their field. They excel at handling complicated and troublesome challenges such as construction defects and long term budgeting. I have always found their handling of day to day issues such as billing and Re-Sale disclosures to be handled better than any other management firm. As a Realtor I am exposed to several management companies, so I have some experience here.

    I am writing to formally document a serious failure in property management that directly impacted…read morethe health, safety, and daily lives of residents in my building. On the weekend of 5/9/26, all 12 units in my building lost water service for approximately two days. The root cause was the inaccessibility of the master water shutoff valve, which is located inside a unit that FirstService had recently overseen a foreclosure. When the issue arose, the City dispatched technicians to investigate, but they were unable to restore service because the shutoff was inside a private residence to which no they did not have access. City Public Works confirmed there was nothing further they could do and directed residents to contact FirstService directly. Despite being notified of the situation, FirstService did not resolve the matter until Monday evening -- requiring a locksmith to gain access to the vacant unit. Residents were without water for the entire weekend as a result. This effectively displaced or endangered residents for a whole two days. When I followed up with a FirstService representative named Matt, I was told the outage was caused by a contractor accidentally shutting off the water during renovations, and that the resident had been unresponsive to outreach over the weekend. I have documented evidence that directly contradicts this account -- the unit in question had been foreclosed upon and the residents evicted prior to the incident. I found this explanation to be misleading and inconsistent with the facts. This situation represents a clear failure of property management. FirstService was responsible for ensuring continuity of essential services across all units connected to that building's infrastructure. The failure to have a contingency plan for accessing critical utilities in a unit under their management -- particularly one involved in an active eviction or foreclosure -- resulted in an avoidable, multi-day disruption to twelve households. I submitted a support ticket to FirstService requesting that this month's HOA fee be waived as reasonable compensation for the negligence and displacement caused. That request was denied without acknowledgment of any responsibility. I am prepared to provide documentation supporting my account of events, including evidence that contradicts the explanation provided by FirstService's representative. I am requesting a formal review of this matter and ask that FirstService reconsider appropriate remediation for the affected residents.
