UPDATE (approximately 1.5 years later): We recently used Cari Ann Carter again for the purchase of a lot. This was a bit spontaneous and Cari Ann is a pit bull when it comes to advocating for you. We were able to put in an offer Sunday, get a counteroffer Monday and secure the property on Tuesday. She was INSTRUMENTAL in making this happen quickly and is the best negotiator ever! She set reasonable expectations for us, which we really appreciated, and was very open in feedback along the entire way. More importantly, she is a DO-er! He also said that we couldn't prove that the home wasn't in that condition when we wrote our purchase offer two months prior. There we're more problems that were revealed and Joe would not respond to our agent. Bridge Realty would not respond to our agent either.
