Unresponsive, unprofessional, and a down right mess...funny part they were the sellers agent for the house I bought. I will preface this with I move a lot for work, every 18 months or so I am relocated, so this is my 6th move in 8 years. I have worked directly with many different companies across the US and I would say that by far bridge realty is the worst realtor. My agent for the home I just purchased is with Edina and throughout the process bridge has been none responsive, and damn near impossible to work with. Right now on yelp they have 5 stars, interesting considering they have a closed account with 1 star (attached). Joe Peine was the selling agent of the home we purchased and he works for Bridge. Joe was dismissive of our concerns at our final walkthrough stating that his seller had already signed her closing docs and he was done with the transaction. He also said that we couldn't prove that the home wasn't in that condition when we wrote our purchase offer two months prior. On closing day, the home was left a disgusting mess, which is only relevant because Joe was living there and that was never disclosed. There we're more problems that were revealed and Joe would not respond to our agent. Bridge Realty would not respond to our agent either. I would steer clear of this group, especially Joe- unethical, gross and shady. read more

Avoid them like the plague. One of their realtors was non-responsive and unable to explain a contingent sale to her seller. She also promised to text real estate details to interested buyers and failed to do so. She has had three sales and one review - who are they hiring? Photos of the house I wanted were not posted on their website more than 12 days after the listing was available. As a motivated, qualified buyer, I walked away out of frustration. Stick with larger agencies like Coldwell and Edina Realty with solid reputations and realtors who realize their days do not run 9-5 M-F. Such a disappointment. I used to work in Keller Williams Realty and the brokers were hardly ever available and when they were they were NOT that helpful. I am a renter for a property being sold by Bridge Reality, as I can't shed light other than on Leo Merrman who works here. very unprofessional. I was having showing 2 sometimes 3x a day 2 hours apart. I work from home and I left for all requests. when i tried contacting him to possibly see about a better schedule, he was rude and blew me off. Told me lets just follow the lease agreement thanks bye! 2 days later he tries to schedule an appointment within the 24 hour notice lease agreement. I declined as i can per the agreement, he was furious. Telling me the buyer is upset and all kinds of things to make me feel bad. On a third occasion my cell phone broke so i was unable to get messages. He reaches me on my other number screenshots of my number not accepting his text, accusing me of blocking him. Again i think he feels he can be unprofessional when dealing with someone who is not handing him money.
