I cannot say enough good things about my experience here…read more Needed an extraction, was scared to death as I am of dentists etc. Called the Milford office for an appointment and they were booked out but she stated the Framingham office had an opening the next morning which I took. Milford staff was great and accommodating on the phone and took care of making the appointment. Arrived for my appointment and Lauren took me in and was fantastic reassuring me and stayed with me the entire time. The Doc arrived and she was fantastic, reassuring and gentle and the extraction went flawlessly! All my worrying for nothing! I highly recommend Metrowest Oral Surgical, any of the offices as they all worked together.

I had my 3rd implant with these guys yesterday. The first two, from a couple months ago, seem fine…read moreso far, though I have not had crowns put on them yet. This morning they gave me a call - I thought it would be asking how I was, instead they informed me the dentist I saw just yesterday had suddenly left, and I needed a new provider. They refused to give me any reason for his leaving. I've worked 45 years and never heard of a professional leaving overnight with no notice. The manager I spoke to said she knew nothing about it, that the central office had not shared with them, but refused to give me a central office number to talk to anyone else. How do I know the dentist was not fired for incompetence? She told me it was "not unusual" for people to leave without notice - I told her from a McDonalds maybe, but in my 45 years working I have never heard of a professional doing that. When I pressed for an answer or another number to call she hung up on me. I understand there are privacy issues they have to deal with, but I have $10,000 of work in my mouth and the guy who put it in just did a bunk. I think they owe me more than just offering to reschedule followups. If there dentists are this irresponsible how can they be trusted?

My appt was canceled and I am not going to reschedule…read more Getting ready for braces, my Orthodontist suggested I go to this office to have 4 teeth removed. I was told to expect an appt for a consult and then another appt for the actual procedure. I called and they made me only one appt. I asked about the charges but I never got a hard quote or any paperwork in the mail. I usually get confirmation calls on my cell phone but they left it on my house phone so I didn't get it. From now on I will request doctor's office contact me via cell. I am always on the go and in an out. I keep a house phone so the kids can call 911 for emergencies. Other than that I could do without it. Checking in at the desk they asked for my dental card. I only have one card for BCBS of MA and the company does not issues two. All of our dental charges are billed to the same number. Another person came out and asked again for my medical card and argued with me that I didn't have insurance and said she was going to call right away. She did call and found we do have insurance and the group number was correct. I was brought to a procedure room where they hooked me up to a variety of machines. They asked if I had anything to eat or drink and I told them yes about a 1/4 of water over the last 4 hours. She then showed me a cup and asked me how much water I had drank. Again, I said about a 1/4 cup. They would need to consult with the doctor. After talking with the doctor they told me they could not do the procedure, took off all the wires and asked me to leave. I never met the doctor. He didn't take the time to come out and meet me or make his own evaluation or discuss alternatives. I've had two surgeries before and have been allowed small amounts of water and have done extremely well. I realize the ramifications and safety issues and would obviously not want to jeopardize my own health so I completely understand the guidelines. What I found disappointing was the overall poor attitude throughout the office. They decided it was done and I should go. The end. I went to the front desk to get my xray and to confirm they would not be billing my insurance or charging my credit card. The office manager was surprised and a told me they could still do the procedure and they could discuss the various options. Interesting they didn't offer any suggestions when I was still sitting in the chair. No thank you. I will find another doctor. Lessons learned on my end: I need to follow up myself. Get a detailed quote and ask to meet the doctor. Request confirmation calls go to my cell phone. Don't drink ANY water 8 hours before a procedure. On there part: Be a little more friendly. Meet and talk to their patients. Explain the options and procedures. My daughter had her teeth out at Dr. Paul Kuo's office. What an amazing doctor and staff. Our experience there from the moment we stepped in was professional, pleasant, easy and helpful. Not like this at all. I should have gone back there to begin with.

I was very happy with Dr. Wardius and the work went without a problem. I was told what my final…read morepayment would be and received estimate from insurance. Very much like others(Whom have commented) the office staff leaves MUCH to be desired. I paid my bill in full for the amount i expected and had been told. That was my last visit in Sept. In February i received a email saying i owed 470.00 for a CT scan. I paid in full what i was told to pay in Sept. I contacted the office and asked why the first i was hearing about this was 5 months later and the response was i owe the money. I told them i paid in full I paid 5500+ on my final visit. Today i received a call from a collection agency saying i had been delinquent since Sept. and payment was due in full. I pay my bills, excellent credit score and to be sent to a collection agency and effect my credit over there shooty billing is a place i would stay far away from. I also will be in touch with my referring dentist. I hope they enjoy the $470.00 dollars as i am hopeful this will help others not get caught in what seems to be a common sneaky pratice.

I chose to bring my daughter to this practice on the recommendation of our Orthodontist for a…read moresurgical procedure as part of the work with her braces. Her recovery has been good, with no complications to speak of (only two weeks in at time of writing this). So the services provided by Dr. Wardius appear to have met expectations. Unfortunately, the office experience left something to be desired. While a comfortable and soothing ambiance make for nice experience, day of, I was disappointed with poor communication with the office staff around the costs involved. After completing our consult visit and scheduling the surgery I asked for a cost estimate and was presented with expected costs, based on expected insurance coverages. Two weeks later these were updated based on an uncovered service performed at the consult (a CT scan), and I was provided what I understood to be final numbers (assuming that nothing would change during the procedure that would require additional services or coverage-wise from insurance). On the day of the procedure, everything proceeds as expected. No additional services needed or performed and payment requested matches the estimate I had been provided. Two weeks later I am now being charged for a service (the CT scan) that was supposed to have already been accounted for, as I was told that it had been, two weeks prior to the procedure. But they are telling me that I mis-read the email when they said "The balance was added to the patient account." If so, that estimate should reflect that amount. When a customer is quoted a price for promised services to be rendered, and those exact services are what is completed, then that price shouldn't change after the fact. Trying to discuss this with the office manager was the final straw as she was more interested in expediting the call, crossing it off her to-do list and getting off the phone than to honestly hear the concern and frustration that a client had with their experience. This "problem customer" as I am sure to be referenced as behind their closed doors, could have been a learning experience for the team so that they could better understand how to service their customer's needs. Instead it was so much more transactional and disappointing. I will be sure to pass this experience back to the original referring office and to find another practice for my son when he is due up in the coming years.
