She promised he was finishing up and my service would only take 15-20 mins. So i sat again. 9:58am she says i have bad news your crack is on the tint so we can't service you because it'll melt your tint. Okay cool that makes since, i understand. However i wasn't asked about if u had tint when calling to book the appointment i have zero knowledge on windshield repair so i wouldn't have even guessed to ask that. So i sat for 58 mins past my scheduled appointment time to be told we cant service you anyway. Would not recommend

While driving home electrical tape peeled off of the window trim exposing a giant hole in the trim. I called them on my way home to be informed that the Technician tried to tell me and the trim was dry rotten which it is not. There was also cigarette ashes on my dash and rubber shavings everywhere. As someone who oversees a large fleet of vehicles I will remember this transaction and will spread the word to anyone looking for a windshield replacement
