I believe I was actually in the Halloween store that day and witnessed a different account of the situation described above. From the second I walked into the door I witnessed several children running around the store unsupervised, the children were loud and destructive, I personally don't know how they did not get kicked out of the store, they were knocking things down and touching everything. I even overheard a few choice words being spoken from the mother. The staff at the store was only enforcing their no opening policy, which I personally appreciate, the staff member seemed to be very friendly and polite to the woman. Who wants a costume or any other item that everyone's hands have been on? I saw a staff member approach a woman and could tell the lady was upset, she left the store quickly and one of the children came back in possibly to apologize?? I bet that is who actually asked for the manager's number! I am not surprised to see what she wrote here; however I am certainly happy I can say I witness a totally different situation.
I went into the Halloween Express in hopes of finding a Halloween party outfit, however did not have my hopes set high. I am a full lady and do not typically fit into the majority of costumes, however this store carries a wide array of sizes, I was able to find a "sexy" costume for my large 5'8'', 250 lb frame. The greeter = A+, help finding a costume = A+, dressing rooms = A, and selection = A+! I was even able to find a petticoat (poof skirt) and fishnets in my size!
I will definitely be shopping there next year!
