We had a great experience - staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. They know a lot about local studios and what you'll need. They have a great assortment of brands and styles. After finding a few things at Walmart but then dealing with a half hour long checkout process, we headed down Telegraph to On Pointe. I was so crabby after dealing with the Walmart nonsense but one of the employees immediately asked what we needed the moment we walked in the door, helped find the right shoes and ensured they fit, and then grabbed the tights I requested and had us checked out efficiently. The whole process took maybe ten minutes and was very pleasant. I was also surprised by their pricing. It looked like you might pay a couple dollars more for various products on average but it is definitely worth it to save the time and hassle of attempting other stores for a slight price difference. I will be going back for all future dance needs.

If your a member you can flash your pass here and get your % discount so definitely don't forget about that as it really helps you save a few bucks on what is always good! They informed us of a storm shelter in their store and kept us updated. They made sure all the kiddos had something to do while having fun. They also let us know that starting in August every Thursday they are going to have a quiet hour in the morning.
