The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate, which is not always a given at this scale. What stood out immediately was the staff presence on the floor. Employees were actually visible, this is not something you can take for granted at other Hobby Lobby locations, so it was a welcome surprise. Plenty of seasonal items and home decor to browse through, easily one of the stronger selections I have seen. If you are into jewelry supplies however, temper your expectations. The selection there did not match the overall scale of the store and left something to be desired. Now the part that will cost them a star. For a store this size on a busy morning, three cashier lanes open is simply not enough. And if you have a return or exchange, there is only one dedicated lane for that, which turns what should be a quick and simple transaction into a longer wait than it needs to be. Plan your visit with that in mind and avoid peak hours if you can. Four stars because the store itself genuinely delivers. But the checkout operation needs to catch up with the rest of the experience.

This Target was stocked with all kinds of things, along with being very clean and welcoming. I can't think of that many people who want to shop at a Target that has products all over the floor but I have seen another Target that is consistently like that. I love a clean, organized Target dude! The study I haven't done shows people will buy more if the environment looks like and has more products to offer. When you walk in to this Target, you get the typical "bullsye's playground". It is neat and I like that different stores have different products in there--they are not all the same! I found a few good finds in this area. I feel like I need to also point out one of my favorite things in the store as well...Their Oh Happy Dani section was highlighting Black History Month and the products were wonderful. They had notepads, mugs, wall decor, and even a puzzle. Their women's clothing section is pretty top notch. I ended up getting a few tees for super cheap (only $8). Not only did they have a great selection but I also just always love the vibes in Target's like this so I love just trotting around like I don't have anywhere better to be. There may be a Target that is closer to me but I really think I prefer this location!!

I used to hit up the FYE back in the DVD days, but haven't gone in one since Obama's first term. So imagine my surprise when I'm rolling through the Provo Mall to see an FYE. Stunned. When I went in, it was much different than I remember. The DVDs and CDs were mostly relegated to the bargain bins. FYE's reason for survival quickly became clear: The most voluminous collection of Pop! Funko in the entire mall; a gigantic Rick & Morty display in the front; enough pop culture t-shirts to clothe an army; DC and Marvel comic clothes and collectables, vinyl records and cool turntables; and Pop Sockets (accessories for the back of cell phones). They've really found a way to stay competitive with the other pop culture stores by having "exclusives", such as the Batman/Aquaman 2-pack, and Pennywise (with teeth) from "It", and Jimmy Hendrix burning his guitar at the Monterrey Pop Festival. I put the word "exclusives" in quotes as you can get them on Amazon; however, even those have the FYE label on them. The "For Your Entertainment" of FYE has changed a bit, away from the movies themselves and rapidly toward the clothes we wear and the collectibles we display long after we see the film. I get the distinct feeling that the new, evolved FYE is here to stay.

No idea, but this one is definitely a lot less invested in pop culture than the one in Orem. So, I guess if you're looking for music or movies, this would be the one to hit and if you're looking for pop kitsch like figures or Japanese food items or blankets or related stuff, Orem is your bag. Both of them are flooded with Funko POPs, though, so if you're into deformed hunks of plastic, either one will work just fine.

There was a very long line in the clothing section that wrapped back and forth four times I think, like a ride at Disneyland. There were also almost out of all the garments with only the extreme extra large or extra small sizes available. I've never seen a run on garments but that seems to be the case here. The rest of the store where the art, books and food are was far more leisurely and less congested. As always the food section has tempting treats and some mixes to take home too.

This was a fun place for a date night! We started off smelling various scents to see which ones we…read morewanted for our candle. We were gonna try all of them, but as I smelled more and more scents, it was too much for me. I suggest not trying everything but just smell the ones you're interested in (maybe even like 30-40, but definitely not all). The process for making the candle was actually really simple. It took less than 10 minutes to make it, but at least 7 days for it to set. Also, make sure you can come back within 2 weeks to pick up the candle. Otherwise, it will be donated! The service was definitely 5/5! The staff were so friendly, and one offered to help us take photos at the end! Overall, I had a great experience at Wick Lab. However, it is pretty expensive (~$22 for one candle). Going there once to try it out was good enough for me, and I probably won't go back because of the price. FYI, make sure you make a reservation early if you plan to go there. I passed by the place twice before without a reservation, and unfortunately, it was full both times :( But it really depends on when you go. You can check the availability on their website.
