Apparently it 's universally…read moreaccepted that no one should ever have a yellow face, because every other color was represented EXCEPT gold (at multiple stores too). I don't think this store is here year round, based on signage and store set-up. Oh, and also based on the fact that no sane person wants to purchase such disgusting, disturbing items during the other 11 months of the year. Seriously, what are we, as a human race, thinking? Why do we do this? It's difficult for me to understand, but hey, free candy right? Back to the store, it's HUGE! At least the building is. The spirit of Halloween is exemplified as you walk in and are hit with the horrifying feeling of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. There are only a few racks of temporary shelving inside a giant box store and the voices of meandering customers echo eerily through the large amounts of unused space. Oooh....spooky. They did have a pretty good collection of ghoulish masks, hideous decor, and skanky costumes despite the 'late hour'. So, if you're getting desperate for a last minute idea for that big party...it's worth a shot. Just don't try to find golden face paint. It's not there.

Pam was the employee who was at the checkout and unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. I did do everything right by having all my documentation with me and yet after trying one time, she said that she could not help me with my return and that I would have to return it at the location I bought it which is an hour away. I bought it at that location while I was going out of town and it was convenient but having to travel all the way back to the location that I bought it is incredibly inconvenient. Pam didn't even try to use a different computer. She just slid the products across the checkout table and told me that I would have to return it somewhere else. I bought these products four days ago. They are well within the return date and again they have not been used and I had a receipt. Really frustrating, especially since I drove all the way to this location, which is still 20 minutes away from me, but is the nearest location to my home. 40 minutes of driving wasted, and just overall not impressed.

I ordered balloons for the following day, but when I arrived they weren't ready. I was fine to wait and the workers were nice. We had issues with the Mylar balloon I chose, but the true reason for the low rating is that not even 48 hours after picking the balloons up they are not floating at all. I feel like when I used to buy balloons they would last for like a week! I don't know if it has to do with the helium shortage or if zurchers is cutting theirs with something else to save money. I guess long story short this is a good place for most party supplies, just don't buy latex balloons and have them filled up here.
