Whenever I'm in Maastricht I usually end up here for a quick and tasty bite. Although Maastricht has many, many fine eateries, I end up here because it's not touristy even though it's between some rather large terraces just off the Markt which is touristy. The pork rolls are super savory, crunchy and arrive piping hot. Wrap 'em in the lettuce along with some cilantro, dip 'em in that sauce are you're good to go! Just two orders of these and I'd be happy. The Pho (beef at €10,00 )...I've ordered everytime. Why? It's dependable and good. You can't use credit or debit so come with some cash in your pocket and thank me later.

The woman (owner) who runs the restaurant is friendly, but speaks only German and Vietnamese. They do provide a menu that has English descriptions, so ordering food is not a problem. The place is cozy with about 6 or so tables, but it was not very busy at the time that we were there. From other reviewers it appears the place can get crowded at times, so call ahead if you're worried about getting a seat! Remember to bring your cash or hit up an ATM, because this establishment does not take credit cards.
