I have spent a lot of time over the years watching the Hallmark channel. Although redundant, It is light cheerful and airy. Pretty girl meets ( or re-meets) handsome man, there is a misunderstanding, and then they find that they are both madly in love with each other. Like everything else, Hallmark has proved to be very disappointing in many of its changes. read more

The selections/programming in ng is OK but there are WAAAYYY too many repetitive commercials in the movies that are offered! They are cut with commercials in very weird places. First 20-30 minutes are fine but then the movie is cut to ribbons every 3-5 minutes with 5-8 minutes of REPETITIVE co.mercials! We will not be watching/subscribing to this channel anymore. read more

What is up with all the ads for Mahogany?!? I am soooo tired of those same ads over and over. I counted and you ran the same ad six times during the show I was watching. This is just overkill! I am so tired of the constant ads for Mahogany that I will be watching NBC when you air it. I have absolutely no desire to see it. read more

I decided to fork over the extra money this season and pay the extra $10. a month I think it was to have a web subscription to the Hallmark channel. I've unplugged from cable and satellite and have only internet and Hulu. So, it's the only way for me to get it. I have Mac's. So, it's been the biggest pain. Unless you have the right kind of Smart TV ( we have brand new Samsung 72") beautiful tv, and/ or ROKU or Apple TV, you are out of luck. You have to watch it on a device. I've been trying to watch a particular movie that for some reason they are not letting you login anytime and watch it. They are only letting you watch it when it airs and both times I have not been able to jump through their hoops to download it instead of stream it the usual way. The movie is about a friend of mine and I really wanted to watch it. "A Godwink Christmas" and this was Fail #2. They have no support as they are off for the holiday. Their busiest time of the year. I understand that but it's a business that is based on people being able to enjoy their holiday (and they charge for it). read more

Could you PLEASE show LESS cleavage on the actresses....it's getting a little too much when you are looking at their bust...instead of listening to the storyline!!!! Also, the dresses are TOO SHORT!!! ...and Tight!!! What are you trying to prove???? Please try to lift the level of modesty, PLEASE?!!!? read more

You're trying to be too PC and losing ps lots of followers!

Thank you for returing Reba and the Golden Girls in the morning lineup after the long run of all holiday movies. I laugh and smile as I start my virtual work days. I really missed them. read more

I love the Little House on the Prairie marathon, but the repeated promotions for upcoming movies makes it unbearable to watch. Even if you could change up the ads/promotions could make it more tolerable. Epic fail. read more

Very disappointed in hallmark movies enough said Change are lost your followers. The

I love(d) the Hallmark channel movies except lately, it is like Hallmark has taken the family out of Christmas. The story aren't very good so, the same actors are telling a story without any inspiration. Why the change? What has changed? They cancelled my favorite series "The Good Witch" then the Christmas stories are lack luster at best or completely terrible. Just watched "Christmas Contest" and "Making Sprits Bright", I was completely disappointed. Hallmark, you have lost your edge. read more

I have been watching the Hallmark channel for years. I like the channel, but do not like the lack of diversity. Every now and then a few actors of color appear, ie.Viveca A.Fox. I watch the holiday movies as well as the January promotions, Valentines movies, the summer romance movies as well as the various series: Cedar Cover, When Calls The Heart, and others that have been presented. My neighbors will tell you that I am a Hallmark channel viewer. So, come on Hallmark, look around and include other actors in your story lines. And make sure the storyline represents the group you are portraying. Elizabeth read more

Hallmark-PLEASE stop with the stupid, predictable Christmas movies in mid-July! You built your network on old sitcoms & some fairly decent original programming & I used to enjoy the channel but now I can't stand it. You are losing your base with your idiotic movies that feature the same 5 actors in every movie. Get it together, you suck. read more

I love to watch the Hallmark movies year round. Favorites always around the holidays. Just finished watching "All of my Heart." I love seeing characters like Brennan Elliot, who in real life lives out his character, with morals. To bring back the non-talented Lori Loughlin, and ex-convict and feature her in the Hallmark movies is disingenuous. read more

I signed up for their premium Movies Now channel about a year ago. I was disappointed that so little of their programming was available to stream. I contacted them more than once and was told not to worry that they frequently changed programming and to be patient. I just discovered that they have licensed most of the programs I enjoy to other streaming services and that is why the can't provide it to their own customers. I find this reprehensible and maybe even unethical. You can be assured Hallmark does not value you as a customer but does value your money. read more

Oh my dog...ENOUGH with the Christmas crap. You're now advertising Christmas week which is a misnomer because it's actually TWO weeks. Of Christmas crap. In June. And you're already advertising your Christmas line up for movies airing five months from now. Look...why don't you just start up an "All Christmas All The Time" channel and be done with it ? Why are we seeing Christmas crap on your Mysteries channel, anyway ? As it is, once you start your Christmas blitz at the end of summer...I stop watching you. And your advertisers. I'm begging you. Just start a Christmas channel for those who love that crap 12 months a year and get back to airing...oh, I don't know...MYSTERIES on the Mystery Channel ? read more

Hallmark used to be my safe channel. It was the only one I trusted to turn on any time and expect sweet, innocent, "old-fashioned" romance and traditional family values. You've lost a viewer. You know why. read more

First of all, Hallmark has gone down the drain. Don't like the direction it has taken with its characters and also don't like watching the boring programs they show during morning and afternoon hours. Why not show previous Christmas Hallmark movies or previous Hallmark movies from the past. Newer movies are becoming boring and are same takeoff as previous movies with different actors. We watch less and less Hallmark. read more

I am disappointed in Hallmark for not sticking to its morals and allowing things that they once took a stand for. Just because many people in the world accept things that are against bible principles does not make it ok with our creator. I also don't understand why you have to play ONLY christmas shows for soooo long. Not everybody celebrates the holiday and so it would be nice to limit them for others to enjoy programs they enjoy. I realize at the holiday time people want to see this type of show but not everybody does. So a few movies that are just the normal love stories would be nice. I know that my opinion will mean nothing but I wanted to express it anyway. read more

I don't think anyone of you are real hallmark fans. Especially if you already know that in July they always show Christmas movies. Why can't you just enjoy the escape from the bad stuff that happens in this country and enjoy the movies. This is the best channel there is so don't bad mouth it. I am a big fan of everything they show on both channels. read more

Shame on Hallmark for caving to pressure and airing ads that are insensitive to Christian beliefs ...at Christmas, no less. The lineup is enticing, but the ads featuring LGBT content are not appropriate for family viewing, so we won't be watching. read more

I am totally shocked and dismayed at the fact that you have taken I Love Lucy off and replaced it with The Middle. First of all, I Love Lucy is a ground breaking historical sitcom, which brought Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz into the spotlight for many many years. They opened their own studio as a result and produced many other shows. The world loved Lucy! I thought that Hallmark was the perfect channel to spotlight the sitcom, for years to come, as a Hallmark staple show! When I think about the fact that It is not on any channel at all, except on one channel they play The Lucy Show, once a week (a sitcom with Lucille Ball & her 2 children as teens, no Ricky). Whatever you do at Hallmark, bring I Love Lucy back!!! read more

We also enjoy watching the Hallmark movies; however, totally agree with one of the last comments, the background music is toooo loud and we have a hard time hearing what is being said, the music becomes annoying when it's that loud. Been wanting to say this for a while now, then finally found this review area. Will you please consider turning down the background music so we can enjoy the movies better. read more

This channel's movies have become boring, repetitious and grossly predictable. Their (what seems like months of ) continuous Christmas movies, all with the same plot is such that they have to be losing viewers. It is nice to see Christmas movies, but they have gone past over the top and into stupidity of programming. They used to be bearable, but now have deteriorated to a point lower than that. read more

Hallmark channel app has been great retreat with covid but the redundant having to log in every two weeks is especially frustrating since u are paying for service and when u sign up they ask for a password, but you have to go thru ur tv service provider every time u log in is ridiculus. I was a loyal watcher of Hallmark Movies. Recently I have seen a noticeable change on their channels. Sitcoms that can be seen anywhere are now on instead of some of the Hallmark Favorites. What is going on? Is Hallmark trying to push their viewers to there pay channel. Me and several of my friends have shied away from Hallmark Channels with the hope that someone at Hallmark will wake up and see that they are making an error in their judgement to what to show. I hope that they can see what has occurred at A&E with their poor judgement. In the mean time Fire Stick is keeping me and my friends going with movies similar to what we were enjoying watching the Hallmark Channels. I know that me and my friends aren't the only ones that have these feelings and would like to hear an HONEST response from Hallmark on why "REBA" is showing instead of some of their great movies. If you are listing try to understand the viewers who are responding negatively to your changes. There are many more viewers that feel the same. read more

The Christmas movies on Hallmark Channel are so lame that you cannot watch. Years ago anything on television from Hallmark was the absolute best. These movies showing are poorly written, poorly acted and not even watchable!! I usually watch the Hallmark Channel late in the day - Golden Girls and Frasier but now these lame movies have taken the place of those shows. The name Hallmark NO longer conjures up quality. read more

This is my review now, but will change if you follow through with the announced changes. Hallmark is my refuge from the foul language, violence, vulgar scenes and political agendas seem everywhere on TV. I am not opposed to an action movie and such, but I have to have my refuge. Most of the nation can no longer even get refuge by watching sports because they are now just a platform for people to publicize their political agendas. PLEASE, just PLEASE do not fall into that Insanity you cannot come back from. I will cancel my subscription if you make these changes. read more

I used to watch hallmark with my sis until they became so repetitive same plot and storyline. If I need to clear the room I turn on hallmark channel. My daughter said "how come the people don't look like me do we have happy endings?" More diversity please! read more

I too appreciate the wholesome, conservative tenor of the shows on this channel and don't think you should change a thing in that respect. I would however, have to suggest maybe some new actors and actresses as it takes away from the fun when you see the same woman falling in love with different men (in different movies in one day). I also realize these are low budget but, perhaps do some research and think things through. Maybe some new writers are needed as others suggest. Just for example in one movie she liked violets so they had the guy give here a "violet" which was really a larkspur flower...not even close. Another movie where they raised poinsettias. First of all they couldn't figure why they were not turning color. Really? these were growers that had the greenhouse in the family for years and they couldn't figure it out? Then when they did turn color, they were carrying theses cold sensitive plants out to the truck for delivery with no covering over them, and snow on the ground. I of course love the happy endings (not so realistic, but heartwarming), but at least do some research on what you present in your plots read more

I have been a loyal viewer for many years and look forward to putting my Hallmark viewing socks on and sitting down to enjoy a relaxing, escape into a world that is wonderful and bright. BUT, lately I am feeling a drought of 'entertainment' and a lot of same ole, same ole. There are some excellent writers who have written books with substance that can be made into movies that will give peace and solace to many people in need at this time. The plots and story line are so predictable that it is becoming monotonous. I want to stay on this channel and frequent my local Hallmark store but unless the movies begin to diversify and be really thought provoking and entertaining I am going to have to other movie choices available. I hate to do this but need a bit of diversity. Just watched Home in Mitford and was Soooo disappointed. I felt that Hallmark was finally going to give some depth and engagement in a movie. So sadly, I ws wrong. Casting was not good and so much of the story was altered it was hard to realize that this was from the book by Jan Karon. I hope they will reexamine they artistic philosophy and begin providing movies the are more diverse so I can remain a devoted watcher. read more
