I used to LOVE the Hallmark Channel, but after doing canceling The Way Home after Season 4, I am so angry that I will 100% be canceling my subscription after this show is finished. This past Christmas season's selection of movies was pretty lame - like they are showing the same story with different actors over and over again. Did you fire all of of your decent writers? And, then the one really great, truly unique original show you were airing is canceled???!!! Shame on them. They're relying on super tired same ol', same ol' stuff like WCTH (which after watching about 20 minutes of an episode, I found to be one of the most boring shows they've ever aired and yet they keep bringing it back? What the heck is wrong with them???) Either they've gotten too lazy or too cheap to produce interesting and meaningful programming. It is so disappointing. read more

I'm not a regular Hallmark channel movie viewer by any means, but I do enjoy a new Christmas movie from them when the holiday season rolls around. I just saw a newer one called Christmas Island and I thought it was really cute! It doesn't really bother me the same actors appear or that there are similar storylines - it's a good thing they are employed so regularly and the stories are very cute and about love! People can definitely manage their expectations and you can always read a synopsis of the movie beforehand if you're skeptical. I really do recommend - they are bringing lots of Christmas spirit, no matter how cheesy! read more

What is going on with Hallmark channel? Where are the new movies 2025. They are only playing old movies from Hallmark plus. Why is Hallmark not doing fall premieres I just seen the fall line up commercial. It's the groomsmen things I already seen on Hallmark plus. Christmas in July was a disappointment. With no premier only Hallmark plus older shows and the Christmas cruise was a flop. We don't need more reality TV. Please get back the the old Hallmark awesome movies. Please! Or I will stop watching. I won't be watching this fall that's for sure. read more

I used to look forward to the Hallmark Christmas movies, but this year it's been horrible, I've hardly watch, because they have repeatedly shown the same movies. The new movies are not that great. Hallmark in the past have had great Christmas movies, but this year it's not worth watching ,and the Great American Family channel is just as bad. read more

The Hallmark Channel has always been my go to, it usually a feel good movie. BUT the new movies...Love in the Maldives was lame, only one decent actress. We pay extra to receive this channel, which affects your profits...think about it before you hire 3rd rate actors and actress's. It appears you don't listen or value your devoted followers input, I believe no one is really reading these reviews! read more

I love this Channel, the pay subscription, my only complain is that in every movie, I usually watch all the Christmas ones!, they ALWAYS kill the mothers, o is incredible, a turn off, I shady know the lines, "my mother died 2 years ago and I miss her so much". What is it the mothers have to always be killed? other than that I love Hallmark! read more

It was nice while it lasted Hallmark. What happened? So sad. Thank you Great American Christmas! You saved family movie night! read more

Hallmark has always been my go to calming happy place. That's not happening anymore. Something has happened, it's always a remake of the same story line.... Just different actors. Last year was a HUGE Disappointment. Either Sad or corney..... Bring back the original Hallmark. You had more movies then before, but I could count oh One Hand the ones I liked And if one more Veil episode does up I'M DONE. Also, what happened to the Christmas Eve No Commercials Christmas Episodes????? There were a few episodes that I really liked such as Noel next door, Hanukkah on rye, even Christmas cookie catastrophe. I'm hoping This Year 2023 will be better... So far...... It's not happening. Really sad. I have to depend on my DVR and watch the earlier episodes. read more

What going in? I use to love Hallmark movies! And I love the Golden Girls but I am so sick of them being the only thing on. Where's the Romance Movies? Too much Golden Girls and Fraiser!!! read more

Thanks Hallmark, esp. Lisa Hamilton Daly, Exec. Vice President of Programming. Thank you for inking a multi picture deal with producer rights with WILL KEMP, my all time favorite Talent. Hallmark was correct to sign him before he left for another opportunity. read more

Great movies but Too many commercials. 10 to 15 minutes of commercials and 5 minutes of the movie scene. Exhausting

I have known the Hall family for decades and they don't watch tv, since they are mostly on vacation!!

Know your audience, Hallmark. You've lost them

I used to greatly appreciate the wholesomeness of the Hallmark Channels programming with their storylines. Please stop trying to be politically correct and appease what may feel like the masses. You have a following for a reason, please see and respect this as you have no reason to change what isn't broken. *Please don't ever bring back lying Lori Loughlin. Thank you. read more

Great movies but too many commercials every 5 minutes. Christmas in July worst idea. Christmas is my christian holiday, not a commercial gift season. read more

Your Valentine ever after movie.... It was a great story line! How ever she breaks it off with her fiancé and bids to get the cowboy... He girls her a spin?! He should have give her a deep kiss and picked her up and twirled her around!! That would have been an amazing ending to this movie!! read more

Just deleted both Hallmark apps, my upcoming scheduled movie recordings, and the movies I had already recorded. I have to protect my traditional family. Yeah, Christmas will be different this year but probably for the best so I can spend more time with my family. read more

I give the Hsllmark channel a 4 star rating becsusevi am a Hallmarkie. I watch their movies every day I'm only upset about them cutting the days of Home & Family and showing old TV shows all day long instead of their great movies. They have misrepresented themselves as a movie channel but showing reruns if old series will send people away. Go back to the way you were. I don't mind the LGBQ movies. read more

What happened to the fun and yes sometimes silly Christmas movies? They were light hearted and joyful. Now everyth is poignant. Most with an underlying message. That is ok occasionally, but not every single movie. People tune in to get away from the drama of real life. We like the light hearted funny movies. They bring joy & laughter that the whole family can enjoy together. I love the movie with Kathy Ireland I think it is, she is the good daughter of Santa. Then there is the bad daughter, Rudolpha, trying to take over Christmas. or the one with Steve Guttenberg as "Nick", Santa's son. Yes, alot of the themes ran pretty close to one another, some one came home to the ( farm, small town etc) from where ever , rekindled a lost love, saved said farm, family business, small town. But we LIKED that! It made us HAPPY! It was thought provoking or tear jerking (unless it was happy tears). It was just lovely, fun & enjoyable. Year after year. And I for one would like to see those movies back!! read more

I am very disappointed in the hallmark movie channel. ICE spends a lot of time watching their movies. I have seen most of them at least three times. Unfortunately the movies they show and claim begin at 9 o'clock in the evening really begin at 10 o'clock here in Phoenix, Arizona. That is too late for me to watch since I live in an assisted living group home and TV is turned off at nine. I have called Hallmark channel and told them that they advertise the movie at 9 o'clock but here in Phoenix it really begins at 10 they have promised to change it. It cannot go on at nine since that is the last hour of whatever show started at 8 o'clock, no show starts at nine on a Sunday evening. This is false advertising. It is sad because I would enjoy watching these five or six part movies that they show on Sunday evenings. Perhaps they will figure this out themselves and indicate that the show begins at 10 and not nine. read more

I really enjoy the Hallmark Channel and while I am not homosexual, I fully support them for bringing a community into their viewing. The world nowadays is not black and white, it is made up of so many different aspects and colors. I am glad they are not as close minded as many people in the world. Continue to make wonderful movies and grow and change with the world today. I bet all the "Christians" had an issue with interracial couples and marriages as well. I applaud you Hallmark read more

Disappointed big time. This Christmas you guys messed up. You lost the meaning of Christmas. You got corrupt too. It's sad, so sad. Have to let you go for good... read more

It's the commercials and the same ads over and over again! If you have to do commercials can you get other sponsors? I hear another Lumme or "I'm a welder by trade" ad I'm going to scream. I can't barely stand to watch your Hallmark Channel because of your awful commercials and repetitive ads over and over and over again! read more

I would have given Hallmark Channel 5 Stars but they need to change their writers. Every story seems to be a different story with the same plot and the same ending. Otherwise, I love the excellent actors and actresses and the stories COULD be great if they would change up the plot. And, PUUULEEEEEEESE! Stop with the diversity thing. Considering the fact (Bureau of Census) that blacks comprise 13.3% of the US population, Asian 5.7%, Hispanic 17.8% and whites 76.9%, Hallmark has actually used MORE ethnic minorities in their movies than actually required by those who continually cry "race." And, those minorities are also cast in major parts - if that is supposed to be an issue as opposed to a strong supporting role. Get a life. read more

A favorite for years... sad to say, no longer. Each coming year provides less and less faith based stories. Most movies have redundant storylines, or no meat to content. They can't seem to even come up with a rich true story. So if your looking for faith based movies with Christian values, you might be safe watching anything preceding 2018. Another reviewer said it best... "Know your audience Hallmark." You're losing or have already lost them. read more

Horrible! They have the same ending for every movie you can guess the ending. They start Christmas to early! Always drama, Love, BORING! Ps. I think only grandparents watch the channel. read more

It used to be great..I basically hate it now. Will not continue to subscribe. I actually pay more for a package just for this Channel. No more. read more

Hallmark Channel makes some good movies then when broadcasting them has the audio so low it is like watching a silent movie. Ads still blast out very loud. What is the point of making a making a movie and then playing it as a silent movie? I admit that I have some hearing loss but as the commercials are LOUD why not brodcast the movies at the same level Volume adjustment only affects the comercials. Adjustung the volume from 27 to 80 only causes the advertizing volume to increase The actual movie volume stays the same with most of the dialog to low to be heard. Once loved your Movie amd Mystries channel but unless the acors are shouting I might as well be watching a silent movie. Hallmark get a clue we want to watch movies when we can actually hear the dialog. It may be the greatest move ever but if I cannot hear the dialog over the background music what is the point. read more

When are we going to start seeing inter-species romance on the Hallmark Channel ? I think it's time, and the upcoming Holidays would be the perfect background! Maybe reindeer? read more

hallmark has been around for many years and gave HUNDREDS of movies yet the play the same lame movies over and over and over and over.

When hallmark Chanell will show military Christmas movies ? Those movies are adorable, and I missing. Those movies should be in the program

As an "older" loyal movie customer I really wish you would lower the background music noise when the actors are talking. We love the movies but we usually have to raise the TV volume to be able to hear the actors talk! please and thank you read more

Not everyone who watches quality TV is a lover of Christmas... even at Christmas-time. Please keep Christmas to December and let us have the rest of the year to watch quality (real quality) movies and TV shows. As of now, the only reason I keep HC is because when I drop it from my subscription I lose Smithsonian Channel and other high-quality stations. PLEASE STOP, STOP, STOP WITH ALL THE CHRISTMAS stuff. Christmas is in December, not July, August, October, November, December! Enough. There is much more to the calendar year than CHRISTMAS! Read your reviews! You are losing readership because of this.... in additional to the sappy, predictable plot lines, actors and lack of actors who are not white! This smacks of discrimination in its highest order...and poor judgment of your audience's (or potential audience) interests. You need a better programming department. Try some history, GOOD mysteries, classics... good quality drama... or just quit and go back to greeting cards. read more

I can't believe that Hallmark has gone in this direction on Good Witch! I am completely disgusted and very turned off by the direction they are choosing to go with the storyline. It's called fear of rejection; fear of man. But mostly it's a slap in the face of the God-fearing watchers of your channel. I will not continue to watch this channel or this show, because they are caving into the pressure of the world and not sticking with the true values of family. read more

Unlike others who complain about seeing a gay or bi racial couple on Hallmark I find it refreshing.. Closed minded religious views shouldn't be prioritized to ignore reality. Thank you for being inclusive. I wish everyone was. read more

Hallmark is on the way of accepting the world's views. I just got done watching "MATCHING HEARTS"and the last 2 seconds of the movie there are couple dancing and in the background there are 2 men staring at each other with love in their eyes. I'm sure it was intentional and being at the very last 2 seconds it will be easy to edit out if there is an uproar. read more

I am really disappointed at the station deciding to put on all sitcoms on Monday to Wednesday. I have cable mostly so I can get these channels. I am not paying to watch these sitcoms. For one I can't stand Reba. I wish this station would just play movies 24/7 although I would like more variety. Bring back some of the older ones and mix it up. Lastly I love Home and Family and I think it is a bad decision to cancel it. That new CEO needs to be fired. She is changing what so many people like about Hallmark including the family friendliness of its movies. read more

Hallmark drama channel is 90% little house on the Prarie and the Waltons. Endless hours of these 2 shows. Their programing for this channel is terrible. It's like they don't know there is anything out there that is considered wholesome and family friendly. It's not bad enough that every Christmas movie they make are now all the same. read more

It's like you've scrambled to find diverse actors just to appease. Your movies have no story, just chit chat between stupid actors. The new movies we use to record & look forward to watching are now deleted after five minutes. Shame on Hallmak Channel. read more
