She has a young staff and they are very professional. The office is small yet is just as good if not better than the big high dollar docs. However, her fears quickly disappeared once we arrived. The staff was super friendly and the little details put her at ease - their was a sign welcoming her (it had her name) to the office and she got the biggest kick out of it! But, it was the fact that the adults were talking to her and carefully explaining every step they were taking in language that she understood, that really helped. Dr. Jerry was so kind and gentle that within 10 minutes, my daughter was acting as if she was on a play date - completely relaxed, smiling and having a good time. We ended up agreeing that treatment would only be a cosmetic issue at this point, and that we could wait until more of her adult teeth had come in before proceeding. What a difference from the first orthodontist that wanted to talk money right away!
