Recently I was having trouble with the expander not lining up, and a phone call got me in (with a smile) to have someone correct and they sent me home with a new tool. I called Kragor Orthodontics, and they were able to see me in the same day, remove the broken retainer, and sent me home with a replacement that is in greater quality than the original. I could tell as soon as I walked in that this office is different because of its people. They were accommodating to my needs and have a great blend of professionalism, humor, and kindness. We need more places like this! Their office is very clean, and the interior is welcoming for all ages. From scheduling the consultation to having my attachments removed today I have 0 complaints. Starting at the consultation everyone was friendly yet direct and realistic. Dr. Thakkar listening to my concerns, wants, and goals and gave me a realistic expectation as to what I could expect if I chose Invisalign. Him and the office staff made sure that I understood the investment I was making and what would be required of me in order to have a successful treatment which I appreciated deeply. After choosing Invisalign, each and every appointment was easy. I never waited more than 5-10 and each step from scanning, attachments, trays, removal, cleaning, etc. was explained thoroughly, and I never felt rushed. Towards the end of my treatment I let the office know that I would be relocating, and they worked with me to ensure that I would be able to finish up my treatment without going to another ortho in my new town. I can say that Dr. Thakkar is experienced, professional, and does a great job. His staff is the exact same way. Seems Dr Kal is just guessing when he makes adjustments on your teeth. These were adult braces. I've had experience with braces before for my daughter and grandson both had braces but not with this terrible place. My rating is based on my experience. I had Dr Patel in the beginning of my consult. Dr. Patel stated the length of time in braces based upon my needs. I was told 12-14 months in braces. I started 11/2015 and still in braces it's now August 2017 and still counting. I requested the Damon braces which state in their advertising that time in braces may be shorter. Both my daughter and grandson had Damons but not everyone knows how to use them. So watch out. Now I'll give you Pros and cons Pros: Nice front desk staff Cons: Stay away. He tried to con me into believing my teeth were finished. Shame on you Dr Kal. This Dr. Kal wanted to remove my braces long before my teeth were done. Even his assistant Taryn told me that she doesn't suggest I come out of them before I feel they're done. You kinda expect these Orthodontist to know their jobs. Very disappointing experience. My teeth are long past the time they stated and he still couldn't get it right. Please I implore you to go someplace else for braces. I ended up going elsewhere to get my braces finished Dr Kal scheduled me at various intervals to take them off then he changed his mind. After all this, I was offered a plan of care at over $1400, mind you I have no symptoms and this is a routine cleaning that should be 100% covered. I just asked for my regular cleaning, and was told that they would not be doing that. After billing my insurance for the exam and X-rays! Very poor experience overall. There are honest dental offices out there. This is not one of them.

We do not live close....neither time have we gotten a phone call to be notified that you are going to be closed on the day of her appointment. This is the most unprofessional location when it comes to scheduling. We are furious! Each time we speak to the call center they are confused as to why she's been scheduled on a day that you are closed. We should not have to call to confirm you are open but I guess going forward we have no choice but to do so. Both times we have noticed other patients showing up as well so we know we are not the only ones you are doing this to. Someone needs to make this right! As a sidenote, the staff that does her adjustments is great. Very friendly and compassionate but the front office has to get it together.
