Pharmacist Crystal Crozier responded in a rude loud voice stating, "I said we will be with you!!" I said,"ma'am you didn't say a word". As her voice continued to get louder and more aggressive a male pharmacy tech came to the counter to assist. After he asked me if I had any questions about the prescriptions, I said yes,I do. During the consultation Crystal Crozier stated in a loud voice, "You've already taking these meds these are not new, can you read?!" Crystal Crozier stated she was calling the police. Ms. Crozier continues to rant saying she spoke to me recently on the phone in which she hadn't. I then ask her for her name. Crystal Crozier then called for assistance at the pharmacy over the loud speaker. I told her I once worked for CVS and as a Leader she was totally wrong since I'd only asked for assistance and consultation. Finally, Ms. Ashton Poole came I asked her if I could walk and talk to the front of the store as Ms. Crozier says, "I don't care if you call CORPORATE!! I will sleep good tonight!! Ms.Aston was pleasant, very professional and assisted me with my needs.

It'd have saved me having to run around town.
