Last 7 times I've ordered items to be picked up in store they are always "out of stock " conveniently only to go to the store and get the item myself. This last order (#8) (out of stock again...) gave up and will shop somewhere else.

As soon as the papers were signed, things went down hill fast. There were a few things they were going to fix on the RV for me. I was assured that it would only take a few days. A week later I started calling to check on the progress. At first I got a semi- good response from my sale person, but as the days progressed and my RV was still not ready, he started ignoring my calls and texts. I called and spoke to a manager, who assured me that he would check into and call me right back. Still waiting for that call. I finally talked to a service manager and again he was going to keep me informed. That didn't happened either. I finally had get a family member to drive to the location and try to get something done. The part that I had been waiting for had been sitting in the back the whole time. You would think if you spent that much money on something you would get better service than that. Would not recommend Gander Outdoors in Dothan to anyone.

It wasn't until we set up an appointment for our independent certified RV inspector to come to Camping World to perform a full inspection on the motorhome we wanted, that they decided to disclose the motorhomes hidden damage to us, which ultimately ended the purchase process. At this stage, knowing how expensive hidden damage can be, we won't buy any RV without an independent inspection. The folks that work there are definitely friendly and we'll still shop at Camping World, but it won't be for anything as major as a motorhome.

Only one cashier was available when I was checking out. The line was 5 deep with no help in sight. The customer service was still friendly and polite. The checkout ladies up front were also extremely nice and welcoming. There was one employee in particular mid-20s, black hair, glasses who absolutely stood out. Everyone was nice the water was cool and crisp and clear. For a Saturday with warm weather during spring time it sure wasn't very crowded. It's a must see.

We stopped at Morrison Springs State Park during our visit to Panama City. It's about an hour drive…read morebut it was totally worth it. The water was a bit chilly in the low 60s but it was refreshing to swim in when the outside temperature hit 80s. The water was crystal clear on the day we went but I read it could be murky after the rain. It's much bigger than Ponce de Leon which is about 8 minute drive from there so you can even kayak or paddle board. I would highly recommend if you're visiting Panama City area if you need a slight change of scenery.
