So upon leaving, the lady stopped me and told me it was $1.00 for the head guards a piece... We were never informed they were a charge. When I told the lady I refuse to slide my card for $2.00 she didn't mention, she laughed. And I told her I had $1.00 bill and she said, "that's ok. I take that." And took it from my hands... Wtf?!

I entered this store looking for hair accessories that would give me some more styling options. Although I was greeted, I did not see anyone and could not tell who was working and who was shopping. It only took a few minutes for me to realize that this was not my store because there was just a general lack of anything of quality and the proliferation of synthetic hair (turquoise, red, silver), everywhere was the first sign. When it comes to hair care, I need "grown woman" real hair options and not the latest "circus" weave. Crazy!

Stopped in while traveling to take advantage of the semi-annual after Christmas sale. Sales staff…read morewere polite but too helpful. I was only in the store approximately 10 minutes and was asked 7 times if I needed help. I like to be greeted and checked on maybe once while shopping but this was excessive to the point I didn't shop as long as I would have. I feel like a manager has over emphasized customer service at this location to the point that it is bothersome.
