There is no way I ordered this as I am currently living with relatives and my house that is being built has no carpets. I've tried to contact them twice from their website with no response. I've tried to call twice but the mailbox is full and cannot leave a message. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER! Shortly after posting this review, I received a call from River Chic. There was a definite lack of communication but he said they were packing my pitcher to get in the mail today. Death in family, short staffed, possible mix up with mailing labels between my order and the carpet deoderizer. Once I receive my order in good condition I will rerate this seller. Nov. 16th - I did receive my order in good condition soon after the phone call. Changed my rating to 4 but this company needs to work on communicating with customer complaints and also providing contact information other than the email option from their website.

Stay away from this company!…read more I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $2.98 for the return so I could receive a refund or exchange. I received confirmation that they received my returned item, yet I am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted the company several times by both email and phone, and I have received absolutely no response. No one has returned my calls or emails, and there has been no explanation for why my refund has not been processed. This has been incredibly frustrating and feels completely unacceptable. I'm posting this review because I don't want other customers to go through the same experience. Think twice before doing business with this company.
