Apparently there was a ton of seasonal options that they ran out of, but the fact that there wasn't a chocolate brownie, dark chocolate, or chocolate peanut butter, or any Reese's of any kind was a bit upsetting. Those seem like pretty standard flavors which are fan favorites, but they weren't there. It's not to say that we didn't enjoy the experience, but they could use a lot of work by having more flavors, considerably more topping options, and even dipped waffle cones.

It made me uncomfortable and seemed threatning almost. But she let us in and everything was fine. I don't understand why Crave always acts this way. But then when I walk in I see people of non-color dressed any kind of way, casual, etc. It just really rubs me the wrong way and for it to happen to me EVERY time I go, only leads me to one conclusion... So, anyway. We were there and we ordered hookah drinks and had a good time. Our server was super sweet and chill. She really saved the visit. I had a good time, but I most likely will not be back again.

Basically everything was cleaned up for the night, but the staff absolutely came through for me. They had already put away most of the desserts and the chocolate dipped strawberries, but when my date went to the bathroom I asked if there was any way they could help me out, and they were incredibly kind about it. They managed to put together a slice of cheesecake for us and honestly made the whole night feel special. You can tell when people genuinely care about hospitality, and the team tonight really did. Super appreciative of the kindness and effort, especially that close to closing time. Y'all helped make a great memory.

Again, if they did not tell you this was dairy free, you could not tell at all. They offer tastes, you can get one or two scoops or waffle cones, or ice cream sandwiches, and I think you can ask for sprinkles. They have a friendly staff behind the counter. They are also cashless, so be sure to have a credit card here. I would definitely come back for another flavor, I was really wowed by this ice cream. Jeni's continues to offer really fun flavors made well and even in non-dairy options (hooray for vegan flavors!) It's always a conundrum when there's more than 1 vegan-friendly flavor for me but they weren't busy so I got to try all of them. Sadly I was only able to narrow it down to two flavors - banana dream pudding (I'm usually not into banana but this is GOOD!) and peppermint patty. It was a weird combo but it worked! Thankfully they had regular sugar cones so that was vegan-friendly as well. The bf had a waffle cone and filled it with cookies in cream. A splendid time was had. Five Stars. Always.

No matter how many new places pop up, nothing ever compares to the quality and creativity they bring to every single scoop. You can always taste the difference. The flavors are always so thoughtfully done, from the classics to the more unique combinations they come out with season by season. It's the kind of place where you end up trying something new every time and somehow it becomes your new favorite. The South End location is such a great spot too. They have seating both inside and outside which makes it perfect whether you want to sit and enjoy a sunny day or just take a quick break while you're out walking around. It always feels like a little reset in the middle of the day. And the team there truly makes the experience. Every time I go in, they are so kind, patient, and so beyond helpful when you're deciding between flavors which is not easy to do. So which version are customers supposed to believe? Regardless of who is saying what, the outcome is the same. They lost several customers yesterday, and we will not be returning after this experience. After talking to a lawyer, they believe this is predatory enforcement, and we will file a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and with the Better Business Bureau. Two Scoops Creamery on Central Avenue went from being one of our favorite spots to somewhere we will never return in less than a minute. We met up with a group of friends there today. Before grabbing ice cream, we briefly stopped into Sin City next door. As one of our friends was walking in, he noticed cars in the shared parking lot were actively being booted. We had been there maybe 15 minutes. Apparently, if you step into the neighboring business at all -- even if you're planning to purchase from Two Scoops immediately after -- they will boot your car and demand $275 to remove it. We spoke directly with the staff at Two Scoops and explained that we were simply meeting up and didn't realize stepping next door wasn't allowed. The response was essentially, "Too bad." There was no grace, no warning, no attempt at understanding -- just an immediate $275 penalty. It feels like an incredibly predatory and unethical practice, especially for loyal customers who intended to support the business. We didn't even stay for ice cream, and we won't be back.

It's located in Plaza Midwood so I usually have to walk a few blocks after searching for parking for at least 30 minutes. I guess it's a good way to burn off the calories you will be consuming. There is also a Vietnamese restaurant next door that this place share a wall (more like a window) with and we always creep on what the patrons at the restaurant are ordering. Overall, it's a great place to walk to and grab an ice cream or bubble tea.
