It is a very small shop but stacked with items once you get inside. The shop is split into two areas, bikes (pedal not motor) and car items. There are all the spares for bike repairs such as inner tyres and wheels etc and the car area has oil, cleaning products etc. I got my spark plugs and oil filter cheaper than any of the larger chains and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have items behind the counter and a largish stock room out the back so it is always worth telephoning or asking if they have an item in stock. Something i needed was out of stock so they rang the supplier and ordered it there and then for me and telephoned me a couple of days later to let me know it was ready for collection.

I rented a well maintained premium hardtail 29er with a dropper post. The shop gave me great advice on where to go and I had a complete blast exploring all around Epping. There are some very nice cross country and downhill runs all around the forest. Most of the trails are under the forest canopy and it's just beautiful. Be sure to stop at the Kings Oak Hotel in High Beach for a beer in the forest!

I found myself many miles out of my way, with a sticky brake and a seat that sunk lower and lower and dropped out from under me. I dragged my fold up bike on to the nearest bus and hoped I wouldn't have to RETURN HOME. I had no money, just the dim hope I'd find the cycle shop I had seen in passing. I found The Cyclestore and told them my problem. They fixed my seat and checked my brake free of charge in a display of kindness and proficiency. I was able to continue my ride. I am forever grateful to The Cyclestore for helping me without expecting anything in return. I cannot promise the same service for you but this store has a good reputation and great staff, which I can attest to. I will return to this shop to buy some lights.
