I rang these chaps looking for wing mirrors for my car. I had been quoted around £140 from various…read moregarages, but I got the parts from GSF for £35. So if it's something you can fit yourself or you have a friendly mechanic it's well worth trying these guys before you pay through the nose for a garage to do it! They were really efficient on the phone, and even though they didn't have stock they were able to order it in for the next day, which is great. When I got down there, it wasn't all that easy to find, as Finway court isn't on the maps or on my sat nav, but I got there eventually. They were efficient, professional and pleasant in person, and didn't treat me the way women are often treated by mechanics and car parts places (whether that's because I know what I'm on about or not I don't know). The shop is on a small industrial estate, and they have limited customer parking. They will deliver apparently, but I don't have experience of that so I can't really comment. GSF stands for German, Swedish and French, and although they specialise in parts for cars manufactured in these countries, they are able to source cheap pattern parts for almost any car if you ask.

The staff were pleasant enough but it is Halfords so don't expect expert knowledge. There seemed to be a lot of packages that had been opened and resealed - but maybe that reflects more on the class of customer than the shop itself. It's just outside the main shopping centre so you need to drive to it rather than walk otherwise there's not much more to say - it's a Halfords.
